Kimba was our first pure Bengal. Having had an adorable x breed in Kaiya we decided on getting a bengal. So we saw Kimba advertised and off we went to sheffield.
She was the only one left at 13 weeks - no one wanted her as she was very hectic and a little wild!
We fell in love with her little 'fish face (as my husband puts it) and brought her home the next day.
True enough she drove our other cats crazy for a few weeks, but having said that just after she was vaccinated she came down with cat flu - the vet said that the vaccination can lower the immune system and allow virus to creep in that wouldn't normally. We were devasted, she looked very ill and her temperature was 1 degree off being fatal. But luckily our vet is fantastic and had her sorted out within a few days - but it was a near miss!
But it did pay off getting her - even though she was slightly wild, but with the right amount of love & attention she is now the sweetest, most cuddliest cat we have and demands kisses and cuddles constantly.
She is great with all the other cats & kids but if our Kaiya goes into the run - Kimba gets all bossy as she must see herself as the queen of the run - yet in the house - she doesn't mess with Kaiya at all - an agreement they must have come to between themselves!
She is best friends with Rocky - our boy and pines for him if we have to seperate them for any reason.
Theres not much else to say about Kimba - she's a pretty standard happy go lucky cat - with a fish face!!!!!
