An old friend had a cat who he let outside and she got knocked up by some vagrant, nameless boy-cat. Then she had four little baby kittens in my closet, all black, all eventually with yellow eyes except for the kitten I chose. She had blue eyes - thus, the name Sapphire. Yeah, her eyes later turned yellow.
