from my LJ "For those wondering who the new kitten is, his name is Stevie. As in Stevie Wonder. He's blind. He's got tiger stripes of gray, black and orange. I was walking home, in the rain, when I heard him crying really hard by the sidewalk. I walked near the little kitty, said hi, then walked on. About ten steps from where he was, I was surprised to see that he was following me. Afraid that he might get run over by passing cars, I just picked him up and brought him home. Only then did I find out that he's blind. Lumuluwa na yung left eye nya and kadiri talaga tingnan. I then bathe and fed him. After a couple of days, we brought him to the vet and he had eye surgery and deworming. Hindi pa fully vaccinated kasi naubusan na ako ng pera. At least, tinanggal na yung kadiri nyang mata. "
