Arrival Story:
We got Onyx in January 2006. She was a tiny little fluff ball full of spit & vinegar. She was sick for awhile with coccidia, but she got through it and is now a 9 lb ball of fun.

Bio:
Onyx has been with us since she was about six weeks old. She rules the roost! She is not the cuddly type, and prefers to rubbed with our feet instead of our hands. My theory is that she knows we can't use our feet to pick her up. She is the queen of the ambush, and her favorite game is tag. Except she's always "it" and my legs and feet are her target! She loves to watch all the pretty birdies out the window, and she chirps at them while she watches.

1.) I'm thankful for all of the members of our Armed Forces, risking their lives to keep ours safe.
2.) I'm thankful for all of the rescue groups and no-kill shelters keeping homeless furbabies safe.
