Arrival Story:
Apparently, someone found her hiding underneath a car, called her and she came to them. Then she was passed around to different people who couldn't keep her. Eventually, someone called my sister to help find a home for the kitty.
My sister brought her over to meet me, and she was very affectionate, purry, and cuddly. I said we would keep her at least temporarily, and she made herself right at home, and adopted us.
She weighed less than 3 lbs., so everyone was saying she must be 3 months old. Then they said 6 months old because she had adult teeth coming in. I estimated somewhere in between. We promptly fattened her up ;) We feed her high quality Innova Evo cat food.
Bio:
Like many cats, as Kiki got older, she became cuddly less often as when she was a kitten. She has become very independent and particular about when she wants to cuddle or be petted or picked up. She's still good at looking cute though!

So yesterday morning I got fed my usual breakfast of Natura Evo grain-free food, which I love. I ate it up. I spent the day napping and finding things to play with around the house. That darn dog is still here, but he usually just sits by the couch or follows Gerry around.
Kerri left for work as usual and came back around 5 pm and I greeted her as usual with some rolling around on the floor. She fed me some dry Evo food as usual. Yum! She had dinner and I watched in case she dropped anything (even though I would just play with the food, not eat it. Yuck.) Then we had a nice evening of tv watching.
When Gerry and the dog went to bed, I rolled around again and meowed, hoping she would get a toy out--which she did. So we played with "Da Bird" feather toy (my favorite) for a while. I needed a few breaks in the middle of it. Finally we both got tired of it.
Then she went to sit at the computer. I don't know what she does over there, but it riles me up. I snuck up and leapt at her and clawed her arm! She yelled No and ran off. When she came back, I did it again. She seemed upset for some reason and squirted me with water! How rude!
Eventually, she went to bed for the night, and I came in and jumped on the bed, sat on her chest and purred at her. She petted me for a while and then I left.
