Vet visit

Tomorrow is my first vet visit since being diagnosed with lymphoma. My mommy and sister are very anxious, but I'm not sure what to think. Hopefully I gained some weight....I've been eating A LOT for Dr. Maxwell!

Lately, everything has changed around me. I got a new brother named Joey, he seems kind of stupid to me, but he adores me so I guess he isn't that stupid. It's hysterical to watch him chase this fake bird for hours......he's so clumsy that he falls on his butt most of the time. I don't like the fact that my family got another kitty, but in all honest he isn't that bad. I decided it's ok for him to lie on the bed with me, but he can't sleep with me and mommy, that's our special time! O, I forget to tell you about the most annoying thing about him......Joey meows like every minute and it's so annoying! How am I supposed to get my beauty rest when he's meowing at the top of his lungs!!! O well, I guess I'll have to learn how to deal; my sister really luvs him so I'm doing it for her. I think she knows that too because lately she's been giving me tons of treats. YAY!

Even though I have to go to the yucky vet tomorrow I'm really excited for something extra special that's happening tomorrow. My older human sister is having a baby, which means I'm going to be an uncle!! The baby's name is going to be Vanessa, I like the name a lot. Hopefully tomorrow will be full of great things! Wish me luck at the vet and the birth of my neice!

My first blog

Well, my mom and sister like to blog, so I decided to make my own too! Lately, my family has been acting very odd around me. I absolutely hate the vet, but I've had to go 4 times in the last couple of weeks, and I just found out I have to start going very week. I usually don't like men because my first owner didn't treat me with the respect I deserve, but my new vet Brian Maxwell is very nice. He calls to check on me 1-2 time a day, and he gives really good kitty massages:) I guess I either have lymphoma or inflammatory bowel disease....which is really scary because I don't know how much longer I'll be around. Even though I HATE taking my medicine it does make me feel a lot better...yesterday I ate my whole bowl of food! Hopefully I'll meet a lot of other kitties on catster, and maybe people's thoughts and prayers will help me recover!
