Arrival Story:
I first saw Pepper on Petfinder.com and wanted to adopt her because of her background - she was rescued from a group of children trying to set her tail on fire!! When I met her and saw that tiny, little "ET" face, I knew she had to join our family. I decided to also adopt Madison, a kitten 12 days older than Pepper, who was in the same foster home, so they would have each other while my two adult cats got to know them.

Bio:
Pepper was very wary of humans (for good reason!) and became very, very ill after being rescued. She was lethargic and would not eat and the doctors did not know why. She almost died. On her third visit to the vet, her foster mom was told to pray for her. Danielle worked very hard to save Pepper and one day, she began to eat and hasn't stopped yet! She is now an adorable, tiny three month old who trusts people and loves to snuggle. I love happy endings!
