Mocha Love....

I would just like to take a moment to express my overwhelming joy!! I won the contest and am Mocha's Furmate!!!! I must be the luckiest boy in the world. She is so pretty and kind. She is funny, and has the sweetest smile I've ever seen, not to mention a great fashion sense!!! I think I may be well....falling in love Eeep!

1) I need a tummy tuck! No really I have a pouch of extra skin that hangs down off of my tummy that has just been there, mommy thought it was a tumor first time she got me shaved then the dr. said not to panic, that I was just a chubby kitty...HEY! I'm not fat, I'm fluffy!

2) When I meow I do it a lil different then other cats. I just open my mouth and keep it open til I run out of air or sound. Either way my whines can go on for a loooooooong time. Sometimes momma just cocks her head to the side and stares at me when I am meowing at her as if she's amazed!!

3) I will only eat cheap food. Don't try and feed me that fancy stuff, if it costs more then $7.00 a bag I'm not touching it!

4) My (kitty) dad only came out at night. He also was born with no hair on his face! Eeeek! Thank goodness I got my furr from mom's side of the family!

5) I love lip gloss, chapstick, vaseline...anything that you put on your lips. Don't think that just because it's the first time we've met that'll stop me, if you're wearing it I will most certainly lick it off (mom says I shouldn't french kiss the girls on the first date, but hey I'm only young once right!)

6) I am the true middle child. I love to make it look like Poe and Chloe are bothering me and then as soon as mom walks in cry about it so they get caught in the act, even if I'm the one that started it!!

7) I love to drink YOUR water. I don't care who you are, but I'll drink out of your cup of water anyday. My bowl not so great. I guess it is always greener on the other side!

A Shave saved is a shave earned...

And boy I am so glad I spent this shave! i feel like I new cat. I am furrless and free. I'm feeling sexxxxy! This is like someone just ripped me out of my shell and forced me into a new world but I tell you what I can't complain! I have been exploring new parts of the apartment, takin on the puppy, lickin mommy's lip gloss off...while she's AWAKE! ::Sigh:: Feels good kitties, feels good.

I'm Here!!!

Well every kitty, I made it. It was a long journey but I made it. I got my bath which was awful and I siffed around for a bit but it was all worth it when my mommy walked in and gave me the biggest hug of my lifetime!!! I thought my tummy was going to burst she squeezed me so much!! Purrrrrrrrrrrrrrr! It's a good thing I've got all this extra skin to move around it (I need a tummy tuck, the kitty crunches just aren't cutting it!!). There are so many new smells in this place and the puppy Poe mentioned in his letter is just as crazy as he says!! I haven't gotten to see much of Poe though he's hiding in mommys TV stand inbetween her books. He's really scared of Roxie and Juno, I was too when I first met them but it gets better. He'll get used to them and they are only going to be here for a week or two so evenn if he doesn't end up being best pals with them like I am he won't suffer Purr Purr Purr Meowwww! Roxie gave my ears a good cleaning this morning like she does every morning, grandma swears one day Roxie is going to lick straight through my head. Her little licker will go in one ear and out the other!!! I keep trying to tell her I may be a little dumb sometimes but I still have a brain....I think. Well there! I am thinking so I must have a brain. Purrrrr *growl* Purrrr wow my tummy is hungry!! I gotta go have breakfast. You kitties take care!

Sick of this car....

I am. I can not be in this car one more second. I'm normally a happy kitty, but right now grandma's two dogs are getting on my last piece of fur!!! They will not stop with the barking. At the next rest stop grandma is going to harness me up and take me for a little walk to strtch my legs, but until then I am just going to sit here and moan and cry, because when I don't get my way that's what I do. Meeeeeeoooooooowwww! Oh it felt good to let that one out!! Wish me luck everybody, 5 hours left on this trip. Then it'll be me and my mommy. *sigh* She's my everything.

I leave tonight!

Well my bags are packed. Grandma bought me a new harness and leash for the trip and I am ready to roll. I've got the backseat set up with all my favorite toys, mom fixed me up with a nice and clean cat box and a little travel food dish. I just can not wait to see my mom!! She has been working too hard but I think once I get there she'll slow down for a bit and spend some much needed time with me!! My brother Poe will keep me entertained until then. Grandma and mom were talking on the phone the other day and I tried to get a couple of words in to Poe but the two of them never shush up!! At least I got to say hello to momma. Well everybody the car has started so I have to go, but wish me luck and I'll send e-postcards from the road!!

Preparing for my trip!

Meow everybody! Well I am super thrilled. In less than a week I see my mommy for the first time in months!! You see I have been living here in CT with my grandma and grandpa, because mom moved down to Texas. She has a tiny car and could only bring Poe when she went down originally, but now grandma is driving me and my two dog friends down to Texas to be with momma!! We leave in a few days and will be getting there around Monday morning. I can't wait! Grandma bought me a new litter box for the ride and I get the whole back of her station wagon to myself. There's a huge window I can look at and she's packing a super soft bed for me to sleep on. Once I get there I am going to give my momma big hge and lots of headbutt kisses. I also get to see Poe and his roommate Chloe, she belongs to mommas friend Lisa who lives with her. My dog friends Juno and Roxie are going to visit for a week and then when grandma goes back to CT she'll take them with her. It'll make me sad, but I'll have a whole state full of new friends to meet!! Well gotta go pack more of my toys....I think Juno stole my feather ball. Take it easy and don't forget a drooling cat is better than no cat at all!!
