Likes: Kneading my favorite fuzzy blanket...mmmm... it is so soft.... Bum pats (I am a bonified bum-pat-aholic!), torturing and eating bugs, snuggling with Mommy in bed when Marvin's playing with water in the bathroom-otherwise Marvin's a pest
Pet-Peeves: The vacuum. I don't see what my brother Marvin likes so much about the vacuum, he's weird. Fireworks...they make big booms and screechy noises!
Favorite Toy: Anything that looks like a string! Twist ties, there is nothing else better to bat around the kitchen. And catnip....mmmmmm catnip....
Favorite Nap Spot: Wedged up against Mommy's legs on the couch, bottom left corner of the bed by Mommy's feet, otherwise on the cat tree by the sliding door (There have been many battles for this prized spot. Milo wants the spot and Marvin just likes to bug Milo.)
Favorite Food: Herring steaks and tuna juice!
Skills: Making Ewok sounds, making funny faces as I purr. I also come running whenever I am called- I'm such a good boy!

Arrival Story: My Mommy had been wanting a Manx cat for over 10 years! She met one years ago and realized what a loving and interactive breed we are and wanted one of us ever since. She could never find a breeder here in Canada until this year. That's when she saw me at the Mystic Tails website. My Mommy came to see me at the Breeder's and could tell that I was loved and well taken care of. They knew that I had fun living there with my Mommy, Maggie, my Daddy, Micky, and all my siblings Rune, Willow, Bree, Felix, Pixie, Fozzy and Hunter. After one look at me, she was hooked (I have that affect on people). She decided that I was the one, and that she wanted me to come and live with her forever!

Personal Obsession: I just want it to be known that I love beds and blankets. I am a creature of comfort and I find the fluffy softness oh so divine. I like to sit beside Mommy on the couch and knead my favorite blankie. But when it is time for bed I run and jump in and don't get out! It puts me in such a good mood, I don't care if I get squished or if I am being petted the wrong way. Being in the bed makes up for all of that and then some!
Well I've done it again. I'm a daily diary pick. I guess HQ likes my writing. You know what is funny? My Mom helps my brother and sister write in their diary just as much as me but they NEVER get DDP. Me on the other hand have been a DDP several times..... hmmm... HQ just must recognize my superior writing skills, MOL!
Thanks to all the kitties who have sent me rosettes and concatulations, I'm such a lucky guy with so many great furriends!
Well, Happy Birthday Minka, it's your second Birthday, Concatulations. Now down to business, you're another year older so you're going to have to leave behind some of your immature and rambunctious behaviour.
1. No more barfing on me
2. No more pushing me out of the top level of the cat tree
3. No more hogging the wet food and yogurt
4. No more rubbing yourself all over me
5. No more ambushing me while I am taking a nap
6. No more chasing me all over the house
There... that's my wish for Minka's Birthday.

Yesterday was a rough day. All day long there were storms here, strong winds, tonnes of rain, lots of lightening and big booms! I just don't like it. Mom felt bad, because she was out when the first wave came through. Somebody got so scared that they "peed their pants" as Mom calls it....with the tell-tale sprinkle of pee on the carpet. I'm claiming it wasn't me, but Mom doesn't believe me - she says I am the sensitive one. Not that she gets upset with this kind of accident, but I just don't want to confess to being a scaredy cat - I'm trying to build a reputation of being a man!
