Pet-Peeves: litter box that's not clean enough for her; no treat
Favorite Toy: toy mouse
Favorite Nap Spot: couch, kitchen table
Favorite Food: OH.....anything!!!
Skills: Mumbling (talks) like a person when scared! Begs for food with thunder-like purring!
Arrival Story: A few months after we adopted Miss Pie, we started thinking about finding a playmate for her. We found Peaches in the Humane Society. She caught my eyes the minute I saw her: extremely sweet face and big round eyes, and kept rubbing her face to the cage!! She is a super sweet girl. Miss Pie was not happy when we first brought Peaches home, but she didn't show any aggressiveness to Miss Pie. Even though we have our third cat, she never tries to offend the new kitty but always trying to make friend with her.
Bio: Peaches has been in our home for a few years now and we love her dearly. Unfortunately our new German Shepherd just wouldn't get along with the cats, contanty barking at them and wants to chase them. And now that there's a new baby at home, things is getting to crazy to handle sometimes. So we decided to find her a good home if possible. We are looking for a family that will love Peaches and take good care of her. She gets along well with people and kids and other animals (even dogs, as long as the dog gets along with her).
I have been so busy getting used to the changed weather these days that I didn't write my diary until now. I can't wait telling all of you what happened to me on Tuesday!!
The story goes that me and my sisters have our favorite place to spend the days at. That's at the kitchen window. Although we are not allowed to go out, we have fun watching out the window at birds and trees. And we always see mommy passing that window once she came back from school. We sometimes scratch the screen and snuggle out head on it, so when times went the screen began to break from the window.
Tuesday afternoon I was sitting at the window like usual and mommy was working in her room. Miss Pie suddenly jumped up on me, so I leaned on the screen trying to avoid her. Maybe the screen was broken enough or maybe I was heavy, it finally broke into a hole and I fell out of the window from the hole. It didn't hurt me because it was not very high. I looked around but didn't notice anything familiar. I got scared and began to walk around.
It seemed that mommy didn't even notice I was gone. I walked around but didn't dare to walk too far. Mommy was about to go pick up Daddy at school, then she realized I was gone. The next thing I knew was that she was calling me from the other side of the house. I was across the street and heard mommy's voice not far away. I began to "talk" to mommy and saw her running over to me!! It was a happy reunion! Mommy almost cried when she saw me. She said that if I hadn't been mumbling at that time, she wouldn't have found me so soon!!
Anyways, I'm now a happy cat at home again!! Mommy fixed the screen but since the weather's getting cold, she colsed the window.
My cold has gone these couple days but I'm not happy. When I had a cold days before mommy and daddy treated me like a baby. I was the first one mommy looked at when she came home and they let me sleep with them at night. Those were the greatest nights I've had in my life, let alone my stuffy nose.
Now my cold has gone, mommy doesn't let me sleep in her room anymore. Although I have to admit that it doesn't really have anything to do with my cold, but I chewed on mommy's laptop wire and destroyed her charger (3rd one with two months). That's really why. But I have to say that if I still had a cold, mommy would still let me sleep in her room.
Miss Pie became mommy's baby now, because I passed my cold to her!!
