LAdy was a cat haven cat, she was a stray (how lasted for as long as she did on the streets I have no idea!). No-one wanted her (!why, I dont know as she was sooooo gorgeous!) so mum fell in love with her. She was the first cat of MANY rescued from the Cat Haven & we had her for years.
Dad named her...he looked at her & said "She is a real lady" so LAdy she became!
Bio:
Lady was a chinchilla cross with a british shorthair/burmese (nowdays, this breed is known as a burmilla)
She had cancer in her eye so one of her gorgeous big green eyes was removed and then the cancer spread & she was put to sleep 5 years ago. I miss her & started crying when I looked at her photo today.
She hated to be picked up BUT loved being combed!
