Arrival Story:
It was back in the spring of 1999 when I was ready to get a kitten. I wanted one so bad in the winter, but I could not find one. I left my name with the shelter and the pet stores so when they had some to call me asap. So that one fine day on March 16 1999 I got a call from the pet store that they had some kittens in. After work I rushed over there to get one. I saw my little waffles sitting next to the kitty- litter box. The store clerk told me that all the kitten where check by a vet and they were all healthy. I took waffles home and he didn't look very good. He didn't play or walk around his new surroundings. I was worried that he was very sick. So the next day I took him to my vet. He said that he had worms really bad and that he might not make it. I was so sad. It was a blessing that waffles came in my life at that time or I think that he would not be alive. It was about four weeks before he was better. Now he is healthy and as big as ever. My one and only love Waffles.
