Celebrating My 7th Birthday On February 6th!

Wow, it's been quite awhile since my visit here on Catster. After meowmy became sick last September with early stages of Breast cancer, we sort of fell behind with our pages and diaries. Actually, we were still a bit behind but her illness delayed the updates which is totally understandable. Meowmy is now doing well after having two breast biopsy surgeries, lymph node dissection (negative) and radiation treatments (SAVI 5 days, twice a day treatments). I would like to apawologize fur also missing DDP's and Birthday's that my furiends celebrated. We even missed Catmas diaries which is not like us but as we all know, things do come up with our humans. Thanks so much to all of you who have been there fur meowmy and fur sending her lovely Get Well cards, gifts, Facebook messages, posts, thoughts and prayers. That meant so much to her and your thoughtfulness is greatly appreciated by all of us and always will be...

Well, I am now officially 7 years old and I don't feel a day over three *giggles* Mom was telling me how she remembers the day she brought me home as though it was yesterday and how we had a pawsome Welcome Home pawty fur me. It's not going to be the same since my bestest furiend, Cocoa isn't here to celebrate with me but I know that he's looking down from Heaven and watching over all of us. Miss you Cocoa *wipes eyes* My beautiful family has given me 7 wonderful years and counting...

Saturday night, I received a Valentine's Day pawkage from my beautiful girl, Murphy. We decided to open it the following day since the lighting was better to take pictures. I was so excited when I discovered all of my pawsome pressies. Here is a list of the gifts that I received: a purrty pink fleece cuddle mat, 3 crocheted brown poopie catnip toys *giggles* (www.catsintheclover.com "Newman") and a cute catnip pillow. What a special girl I have and I'm super lucky that she's my Valentine, too.

Oh, fur my Birthday, Murphy sent me a PDF of the "Newman" Poopology book *giggles* Mom got a kick out of reading it to me, which we still have more pages to go. She saved in a special file on her catputer. Awwww, there she goes again, thinking of her Aspeykins.

It's also my auntie Sam and Unkie Dan's (Boogers pawrents) 9th Annifursary today. Happy Annifursary guys and many many more to come.
