Arrival Story:
She was discovered in a woodpile next to our outdoor fire sanctuary. We were celebrating the summer solstice, June 21st, and it was also the day of the solar eclipse...hence the selection of "Eclipse" for her name. We tried to find a home for her, but to no avail...sooooo, we eneded up adopting her or rather 'she adopted us'! Who could resist that glorious face, funny little body AND fae like spirit, I ask?? And, by the way, Eclipse has 'magical' wings (wink.wink)...just take a look at the photo of her up in the tree...seems she was resting from a long flight one winter afternoon.

Sadly, Eclipse is no longer with us. She left home on August 15, 2014 and never returned. She loved being home so we have feared the worst. We love her still and plan to keep her up on Catster. This will be her hangout indefinitely.
