Arrival Story:
My first cat, Mickey died suddenly. Me and my dog JR were very lonely and upset so I called a cat rescuer and told her that I needed a declawed cat because I couldn't have a new cat hurt my precious dog with claws and she told me about this calico cat in a shelter. I went and saw her, she was a really big one! So I went to adopt her, and her original owner came in at the same time and was going to take her back home because he didn't want her to be put to sleep. He gave her up because he had started a moving business and she was alone all of the time. So he thought to find her a new home. He was so happy that I came and adopted her. Now she lives very happily with me and JR who protects her from running outside.

Patches Diary-the true story!


My brother JR is dog of the day!

Today I found out that my angel brother JR is dog of the day on Dogster!
I am so proud of him.
I am praying that he will watch over me with my new brother Tucker.
He barks at me! I have to slap him alot!
Hisssssssssss.

On April 1, I have to have some teeth removed. I am so scared.
JR Angel will watch over me but I am still scared.


Got a new brother.

I got a new brother on Saturday. His name is Tucker.
He's ok but sometimes he's a stinkeroo.
Mom calls him Tuckeroo but I call him stinkeroo!
He killed three of my mousies!
Sometimes he barks at me. It was so nice and quiet before he came now it's all
"oh Tucker...here Tucker, come on Tucker...go for walkies Tucker".

March 3-my brother's birthday

Today would have been my brother JR's tenth birthday.
My brother passed away on Jan. 14 2008 and I miss him alot.
Now I don't know what to do without him and hope that he's happy as an angel. I hope that he got a birthday cake from St. Francis and that all his angel pals sang him Happy Birthday.
JR, I will be thinking of you today and wishing I was with you there at your pawty. Mom and I will always remember you and your sweet little face.
