Mom said I could write this entry. I am doing well. I eat all the time and I am starting to like my new food, especially since Mom gives me some of the wet kind, too. Sometimes Calpurnia eats from my bowl which she isn't supposed to do. But she gets the new dry food in her bowl too so that I if I eat from Cala's bowl I'm still getting my special food. Mom thinks she's tricky doing that but I figured her out.

I confess that I have started eating the food off of my morning pill instead of eating it with the little meat ball of soft food. So mom has to make me take it the 'hard way'. I don't like that but I also don't like that there's a pill in my morning snack. I can't decide which one is worse yet.

I think I'm still thinner than mom and dad like. They always check to see what my hip bones feel like each day. Some days they are more pleased than others. I keep eating though. I wish I could be the plump kitty I used to be. I'm trying.

At night time Mom puts her hands on my belly and my back and she says words over me. Her hands feel extra warm when she does that. I like that. She says that the warmth comes from the One that created everything. I know who that is. I know the creator in a different way than mom does. All of us animals do. Every creature has a different sort of relationship with the One. I also know when other people are sending thoughts and prayers to me because Creator tells me in my heart.
