I had lost Sissy and Sugar to old age and was looking for two cats to replace them. A lady at a Rescue called and asked if I was interested in two white persians. They were picked up on the street from North Richland Hills Animal Control and nobody claimed them. Of course when I saw them - I adopted them. Would love to know their story as they are four paw declawed. Sky's Sister is Autumn

Sky has a heart murmur and a broken top fang. Not sure when she was born but since I got them on 7/12/06 I'll use that date as to celebrate their birthday.

There is nobody like my Mommy and I know all kitties feel the same about their Mommy.

She feeds me, cleans my litter box, brushes me and loves me very much. She saved me!

I wish all the kitties in the world had a Mommy like mine. We purr everyday for the little ones that do not have a home and are always looking over their shoulder. It is so sad. We know that God is watching over them. We know he will keep they safe.

We wish we could do more for them.

We are purring for all the families that are going through hard times.

This is such a horrible time for our country. We must pray that things come together and we get out of this situation.

We need to pray for our President whether or not you are for/against him. I can tell you Mommy always says "Sky, I sure would not want his job."

We hope everyone has a safe happy Mother's Day.

Mommies are the Greatest - don't you think?

Mommy and I and Princess would like to wish everyone a Happy Safe Easter.

We are thankful everyday for what we have and worry about people and animals who are homeless, out of work and have been in a diaster of the horrible tornadoes and earthquakes.

We purr everyday for the safety of our soldiers that they will come home safe to their families.

Please pause for a moment in your day to give thanks for all you have.

We love everyone.

Today is a good day. Mommy fed me the best chicken ever.

I napped all day. It is a little warm and overcast today. Our rain gauge showed over the past 4-5 days we have gotten 4 1/2 inches of rain. We're not complaining. We needed it.

When it is damp outside my little feet hurt and I don't like to walk on the cold floors. The Vet said my little paws have nerve damage from being de-clawed. This happened before I came to Mommy's house.

The Big Girl has been pretty quiet upstairs today.

Tomorrow mom starts her new job with full benefits. She is so excited. She has been working temp for months here and there.

We are praying for all the people and animals that have lost their jobs and home. It is a terrible situation. We can only hope the best for them.

Here's hoping you have a wonderful healthful, safe week and month and years.
