indoors Arrival Story: I volunteer for the Northeast Ohio humane organization, PAWS (Public Animal Welfare Society) and maintain the adoption cages for them at our local PetsMart. Hope was rescued by our organization down in Louisiana after the hurricanes of 2005. She went to one of our fosters then to the PetsMart cages, but because she is 10 years old (estimated) she was not adopted. When her foster could no longer keep her, I decided to adopt her. Bio: We don't know what kind of life Hope lived in Louisiana, whether she was an indoor or outdoor cat. I wish I could find her former owner and let them know that their cat survived the hurricanes and had a wonderful life here for a little over a year. She was by my side when I recovered from surgery in fall of '06. Hope passed in November of 2006 when she went to have dental surgery. Forums Motto: Never give up...never EVER give up!
