Pepi and his sisfur/buddy Gree had cat staff two doors down when we moved here. Pepi's staff didn't take very good care of him and he was skinny and sad looking. He would come visit and give us headbutts and meow for food, so of course we fed him. Later, Pepi's staff moved away and left him behind! #%&*()$@# on that! So we volunteered to be Pepi's cat staff and started taking him to the vet and getting his shots and such, in addition to feeding her. Now he and Gree hang out on the porch and greet us when we come home. They both get to come in to the sun porch when it's freezing cold, where they have a cat heating pad to snuggle up on. Pepi prefers living outdoors where the hunting is good, though, so he gets to stay outside unless it's really cold. UPDATE: Pepi has moved inside to the lap of luxury! Pepi insists that he is NOT the token male at the House of the Mostly Black Cats.

Mini keeps lickin my nose? I mean, it's all furriendly and all that, but geez, she's going to lick it right off my face one day. You think this means she likes me? And is that weird? She's sorta my sisfur. Well, dopted one, I guess. We's not really related. And she lives inside all the time and I live outside most all the time. Do you fink she has a crush on me?
And how can I get her to not lick my nose off without hurtin her feelings?
Sometimes it's tuff bein a cat.
