Arrival Story:
I just recently adopted Gabby on Friday, July 14th, so Tom and I don't know much about him yet! Tom's been doing the alpha cat thing, and I'm still waiting for him to stop. They get along great otherwise! The Animal Rescue League said that Gabby's former owner is unknown, so apparently he was abandoned and then brought in to the ARL.

Bio:
As I said, we are still getting to know Gabby, so this will be updated in the future. :-)

A Day in the Life of the True Feline of the House

I can see that I have my work cut out for me. I'm glad Mom adopted me, as it is obvious that she needs to be trained, and her other cat Tom needs to be schooled in the ways of the true feline. He's too dog-like and/or human-like in nature, and therefore extremely compliant. He has no finicky nature whatsoever. They are both going to be tough--mainly because Mom is extremely smart, and doesn't let us get away with much. Why, just the other day, she picked me up to separate me from Tom because we were playing too rough and so I growled at her. Much to my surpise, she didn't put me down immediately! Instead, she just started talking to me, carried me into the bedroom and set me down on the dresser in front of the sun. And I really can't remember what happened after that, because the sun felt so wonderful....I think I must have gone to sleep!

Speaking of sleep....
