So I used to live in a shelter! And I had a bunch of brothers! We liked climbing the bars! Sometimes we pooped! Then the other day my new Mom and Dad came and saw me! But I had just had an operation. Which totally hurt. Like, a lot. But then the next day Mom came back again and took me here! Which is great! I miss my brothers and all, but I have a new one! His name is Dmitri! My name is Nikola! But they call me Squeaks a lot! Because I squeak! A lot! And I chase Dmitri! But then he bites me! But I still chase him anyway! But then he bites me! But then Dad yells! And then I sleep on his face! It's really comfy! In the shelter they cut my claws short, so it's okay! I don't scratch! Mom says she's going to get cat nail clippers for Dmitri! When they came to get me there was a doggy who had his nails painted! I wanted to get my nails painted too! But mom says they're too small! Oh wait Dmitri is sitting in the window! I'm going to go get his tail! It's so fluffy! I'm not fluffy! But Dmitri is!
