We're supposed to get a bad bad storm on Sunday night. NOT AGAIN!! If we do, we are purrring that our power stays on as it's supposed to be hot all next week. Normally it's hot in VA but never like this. My friend Colleen has been hotter than us and she's in the midwest! We do now have a battery operated fan which is better than nothing if things get bad here.

We managed to find a company to hopefully fix our siding as they took a sample of the damage piece to match up the color. Should get something in the mail soon. But grandpaw called for mom since they get up so late and 5 companies won't do it as it's a "small job". Ummmmmmmm then how are we to get the one piece fixed? 40 feet up?!!? On a 45 degree hill due to our walk out basement? Yeah, that's impossible w/o a scaffold and a brave soul to do that. So irritating! You'd think someone would want to make an easy $300 for a 2 minute job right? Apparently not!

So keep cool friends! Supposed to be 101 here :( Ugh...

Stay cool, Boogers! I hope your Daddy doesn't try getting up on a ladder to fix the siding. Surely there are some handymen around the town that do small jobs?

We were supposed to get rain today. Everything is brown and crispy here. Well, it did rain twice for about five minutes each time. That was no help at all.

Hope you can find someone to repair your siding. And the flooz...er, I mean, Samoa,... is right. Make sure your daddy DOES NOT try to climb that high and do it himself.
