No I can't believe we all forgot: last Wednesday, July 15, was our third anniversary of finding Catster and making ourselves at home here!
I can't really blame Mama for forgetting; I was very busy last week soaking up the warm beams of the sun that finally showed up for summer. That sun has been hiding most of the time so when it shows up I've got to take advantage of every precious moment!
Mama's been busy... I dunno... doing whatever it is that mamas do. I do know that she's on baby watch right now, because Auntie Becky is almost ready to have her baby and she's not been feeling well. Mama's been keeping her schedule open "just in case" and all that stuff, but she's been home, too.
Mama also pulled her shoulders again so she's been trying not to pull or lift too much. She says that Kenzie and I fall in that category because we are "overweight". Ugh does she have to remind me? I don't tell her about how plump she is!
I also had an asthma attack this evening after supper. It disturbed my nap in the chicken box; how rude was that, I ask? Mama gets all worried about me and trust me, it is a scary thing when you feel like you can't catch your breath, but it was gone as soon as I noticed it, so I went back to sleep. The fact that it happened while I was napping has Mama worried.
I say "its time to meow and howl" to belatedly celebrate my arrival to Catster! I'm telling you, this place hasn't been the same since I showed up! MOL
