Life at 15 - as told by Taz

All gone

the Roommates are all gone now - but in their honor i now sit in their old spot on the sofa - all the time. MOL. It's kind of nice around here just us for once. Not sure how long it will stay this way.

So any way I have over heard Mommy buzzing lately. She is all excited. I guess she just realized that this year will be my sweet 16. So she is trying to plan me a Sweet 16 party. I mean we always do something as a 'family' but it sounds like this may involve others and cakes and ballons. Sounds.... um crazy if you ask me. but it's months away. Baring any medical issues of course.

I am a laid back dude though as long as I don't have to entertain any one. and they can all bring me gifts I am cool with that.

the weekend

So the mean roommate was gone all weekend. Yay! She came back last night and had the nerve to tell me - yes me - that I needed to respect other people property. But she is the one always shoe-ing me off of the Sofa when she is sitting on it. I mean it's a big sofa and I always sit as far away from her as I can. I just want to sleep on it, I am old and I don't need to be sleeping on the floor.

It's Mommy' s sofa though and she lets me sit on it when she is there. And when I sit on her lap and the roommate tries to shoe me Mommy just looks at her and said he's fine, he won't move, he'll stay right here beside me. I snuggle Mommy and secretly give the mean girl dirty cat looks.

So mommy sent me to my room after the roommate got home. She doesn't want me around her any more. But I had the run of the house all weekend! I can't wait until she is gone.

Scary

Da Roommate was mean to me tonight. Ok I may have deserved it a little but still I am a little old guy.

Mommy was on the phone in the other room and I peed on the roommates bag. She chased me around the house and snatched me up by the scruff of my neck and tossed me in my room and yelled at me.

Mommy is very upset about it. Yes I need disaplen but she thinks that I was handled ruffly. I am in my room now and Mom said I would have to stay here and I was not allowed out with her around.

Oddly enough the roommate picked up on mommy's anger and tried to say that she was careful and that she didn't hurt me, and then informed us that she would be moving out this month. She acted like mommy would be mad at her for leaving but in light of recent events mom is very pleased.

So any kitties need a Room?
