Decking your halls with boughs of holly or other decorations? If so, keep a close eye on your curious kitty.

Trees and boughs of greenery can be irresistible to playful cats, so make sure they and other trimmings are secured to a wall or railing. Also, check that none of your seasonal plants or greens is poisonous to your pet. And avoid leaving lit candles, breakable or dangling decorations, and treats like eggnog unattended.
