Oreo is getting too old for toys, but she does like to kill outside creatures and leave them in the yard, much to her Mama's dismay. She got a whole litter of bunnies this year

Arrival Story:
My then husband and I went to the Humane Society one day to "look." (HA HA) We saw Oreo in a bottom cage with her little kitten siblings. We both held her and she was real sweet and loving. When we went to put her back, she took off running down the aisle as fast as her little kitty legs could take her. Right then, a worker came around the corner, saw her, and yelled "The kittens are not suppose to be out of their cages and running around on the floor." We hadn't even adopted her and she had us in trouble. So I snuck back the next day and filled out the adoption papers, then took her to my husband's office to surprise him.
Bio:
When we adopted Oreo, we already had two male cats, Stinky and Pumpkin (who are in the toliet with her). Then later we found a stray we named Dutchess. When my husband and I divorced, he took Pumpkin and Dutchess, and I kept Stinky and Oreo. Stinky then died, and it was me and Oreo for a number of years. Those were hard emotional times for me, and Oreo helped me through it. Then I got remarried (to Her Danny) and we got Cookie who Oreo hated and who died at a year old from possible poison after she got out one day. After that we added Spooky and Quincy (UPDATE: and Mona and Bun Bun) to our household, and I began fostering cats and kittens. Oreo spends most of her time outside cause she does not like the other cats and foster kitties. I think it's because of her age and those years we spent when she was an only kitty. When she is in the house, she spends alot of time in the basement sleeping, then it's back outside. If she is upstairs, she is usually laying on Her Danny or on the back of the couch until Quincy chases her off. She loves it when you come outside with her and give her lots of attention.
