Arrival Story:
My mom and dad found her in their yard, laying in the hot sun. The mom is a feral mother who lives at moms and she feeds her. We have tried several times to trap her to get her spayed and we are going to try again as soon as her kittens are weaned. Anyway, the mother rejected Taylor and mom called me. I went to PS got some KMR and the rest is history. I brought her home with me, fed her every two hours, and as of Friday she was 9 oz! She has also been diagnosed as CH (cerebellar hyperplasia), just like my Sweetie! Isn't amazing how God works?? He knew exactly who to get to take care of this precious soul!

Bio:
She is stubborn and has a big attitude already! She gets made at her bottle and takes it out on the nipple! SHe is growing bigger and bigger everyday...it's amazing UPDATE: Taylor is a big gurl now and a big daddy's gurl...she weighs in at a whopping 7 lbs! this little girl loves life and has fought for it from day one. She is a daddy's gurl though and don't care if her mommy got up every two hours to feed her, it's daddy all the way

Man this life thing is tough!

My first 4 weeks!

Man has my first four weeks been tough! I was the runt in my family and for some reason my fur mommy didn't want to feed me. I kept crawling out of our hiding place because I was so hungry! It was soooooo hot and I just cried and cried until finally this nice lady came and got me and put me back with my mom. Well, for some reason she just wouldn't feed me, so off I went trying to find someone to help me again. This time this nice lady came and got me out of the sun and this other lady, who is now my mommy came and stuck this thing in my mouth...I hated that thing...it was chewy and yucky...my new mommy new lots about kittens so she went to get me a dropper to feed me with...it's not very safe she told me, but we didn't have a choice...so I ate from a medicine dropper and ahhhhhhhh I was so relieved to get some food. I came home with my new mommy and she put me in this nice big crate, with lots of blankies to keep me warm and toasty and I got food every two hours...That old medicine dropper got me so messy, I was so hungry and couldn't hold my head still so the KMR got all over me. SO then I had to be washed off with warm wash clothes...boy did I hate that! On Monday morning my mom took me to the vet, while she was gone to work so that they could watch me and make sure I Was okay...They have been keeping me for two weeks now. Friday, I weighed 9 onces and I was diagnosed with cerebellar hyperlasia. Mom says I have a big brother upstairs that has the same thing. I am glad, b/c I am sure lonely down stairs all by myself. Of course, I am getting spoiled rotten and I get so excited everytime my mom comes for feeding times and play times! Well this is what I have been doing for the past 4 weeks. Mom told me if I keep eating good, one day I will be a big girl! I cannot wait until I grow into my attitude!
