Missing you mommy

Thanks to all my friends

I don't write much because I'm too busy here in heaven watching out over mommy and my siblings left on Earth, but I wanted to say thank you to all my friends who remembered me on Valentine's Day. The gifts I received meant so much to me and even more so to mommy. Thank you from the bottom of my Angel heart.

Don't be so sad mommy.

I still watch over you mommy and it made me sad to see you cry the other day. You know I'm in kitty heaven and am no longer in pain, so why do you still cry for me? Every time you dust, you get sad. I realize that box that you have with my ashes inside makes you sad, but that box doesn't contain my soul. It' s just a box for you to remember me by. I will say I'm happy you won't let anyone eat out of my special, custom made dish, but having it sit by the box, along with that picture that I got a blue ribbon for just seems to make you sad.

I know it's been one year since you found out I had cancer and soon it will be one year since I went to heaven, but it's ok. I know there are people who make you feel bad for putting me through surgery and you wonder every day if you did the right thing. Don't beat yourself up, mommy. I was gonna die really soon from the cancer if you didn't let them do surgery. You studied and talked to vets all over the US. You knew I may die really soon from kidney failure if I had the surgery, but it was my only chance. It didn't work, but you took the chance. It just didn't work. I was almost 18 and it's ok. You gave me a good life and did everything you could for me.


I'm glad you got some friends for Jack. It's a shame you didn't get a little kitten to bug him though. After bringing him home when I was 11 and he was a baby, I have waited to get sweet revenge. He needs a kitten who wants to play 24/7 like he did with me. Sorry mommy. I still want to make him pay for chasing me around the house when I was supossed to be enjoying my golden years!
