Arrival Story:
I knew about this cat for a while, and should have acted sooner. She lived on the property of an acquaintance for the past 3 years, hunting and breeding. I had encouraged him to take her to a no-kill animal rescue I had found in his county, but found out recently that he never did and she had a litter of four kittens. I promptly decided that I was taking her and her kittens in and would find proper homes for all of them (as well as spay/neutering all of them)

Bio:
All four kittens have gone on to wonderful homes! Sabine continues to live with me, sort of. She decided one day to go outside and has not come back in. She stops by from time to time and stands in the cat door to meow, but won't come in. And I can't catch her. I found out she is living in the barn on the property, so I'm leaving food out and hoping when the weather gets bad, she'll come inside (or else I'll make her a shelter). Sabine is very sweet and loves head scratches. She is one of the most beautiful cats I have ever seen and has lovely, soft fur. She is ADOPTABLE to an understanding home with no little kids. I want her to be a loved house cat, not a barn cat, and I think she wants that too. But my cats won't let her in the house. She is a very subbordinate cat and does fine with others, but mine bully her.
