Part of Ewan's name is inspired by one of his family's favorite actors at the time (mostly because he played their favorite Star Wars character). Monster comes the fact that not only is he of monstrous size and weight (20 lbs is just an estimate, he might weigh more now), but he also has an "M" on his forehead.

Ewan, you were there with me through my toughest years so far- high school. You were always there to listen when I was angry, and you always let me hu you when I was crying.
