I gave McGill and her brother Bagheera to my niece. my niece called me two days later and said she was gonna bring her back. i told her ok. 4 days later she called and said McGill didn't look good so she was on her way. i told her we weren't gonna be here and to put her in the laundry room. when we got home there was no kitten. 2 hours later we called her. she had left the kittens on the front porch...outside... alone. it took us an hour to find them by flashlight. when we found her she was a skeleton with fur. she hadn't eaten in a week. i tried to syringe feed her and put fluid under her skin but she looked horrid. the next day my friend came and took her to the vet. the vet didn't think she would make it, but gave her a shot and some more fluid. then a prescription for antibiotics...well she is fat and sassy now. bigger than the other two remaining kittens
