Cece was my nextdoor neighbors cat I use to visit frequnetly
Cece didn't seem to have any pet peeves
He was an out door/ indoor cat and so exploring and playing was Cece's thing
Favorite Nap Spot:
He loved to nap on my front & back porch alot!
I use to give Cece lots of treats , food and special attention when he use to come around my house
CeCe was a great climber & hunter
indoors and outdoors
Cece is not one of my own kitties, but you would have thought he was the way that I treated him. Cece was actually my next door neighbor’s cat and I met him last March of 2005 during a very difficult time in my life. I remember it like it was yesterday, I was sitting on my front porch at about 9pm when I noticed this cute little white tricolor kitty sitting at my feet almost like he was there to greet my sorrows away. I sat out side with him for three hours and was tempted to bring him inside, but I didn't. The next day I found out that Cece belong to my next door neighbors and they informed me that he was their newest cat, little brother to their senior cat Ramón. They informed me that his name was Simone, and they wanted to keep him an indoor cat ,but then they caved in and let him out. I dubbed Simone Cece for short. I loved this cat!!!!!!!!!!!! He was my buddy; my pal and he brought me lots of joy and humor during a very difficult and trying time in my life. Simone would visit me every day on my front porch and or I would visit him at my next door neighbor’s house. I had 9 great months with Cece, before he went missing on November 25th 2005, the day after Thanks Giving. You would have thought he was my cat the way that I canvassed my neighborhood looking and searching for him. Cece never returned home and I still have my moments when I grieve for him. I try and deal with his loss by lighting a candle every night in his memory. I also pray that if he has passed on to the spiritual world that he is protected by the Great Spirits love. As crazy as it sounds I bonded very quickly with a cat named Cece who I will never forget , and will continue to cherish. Until we meet again my sweet friend!
You’re God Mother,
Cece had a great pink nose, wonderful yellow expressive eyes, and smiled for days.
God son, Siso , Simone,

I hear them whisper your name,
those mighty winds that blow.
I know that you are close at hand
the winds just told me so.
The direction from whence they blew,
I'm not sure I know.
For only when I hear your name,
am I sure the winds did blow.
Caressing my face with a whisper.
Calling out your name.
The winds of delight entice me.
I will never be the same.
I will follow the singing wind,
and where it leads I'll go.
For the wind that blew you to me,
will take me where I must go.
Upward into the hills.
Calmly across the sea.
Hold on my love, I'm coming,
the wind has set me free.
Free to look and search this earth
no matter how far that may be.
Free to follow the whispering wind,
until it blows me back to thee.
I hear your laughter on the wind.
I try with all my might
to reach out to you
on this windy night.
I feel you getting close to me.
I feel your whispered love.
I will reach my hand to you
please find me, my sweet dove.
You grasp my hand in yours
and softly speak my name,
out of the whispering winds
we are together again.

Today marks one whole year since you disappeared. Cece you brought me up when I was down and I will cherish the time I shared with you. I purchased a locket in you memory and wear it close to my heart every single day and I hold on to you by revisiting the times we shared:
Racing you to the front and back of the house
Watching you bask in the summer sun
Watching you gobble your food in seconds
Watching you pounce and pray on mice and birds
Watching you fetch the little stones and twigs I use to throw to you
Watching you run and climb the tree on the front of the house
But most of all watching you sleep like an angel
Until we meet again my sweet love!
Forever and always your God Mother
