Favorite Nap Spot: On top of the blankets when I am sleeping.
Favorite Food: The canned stuff.
Skills: Agility. He bounces around the house like a pogo stick.
Arrival Story: D. C. came to me from a previous landlord's son. They were moving and needed a home for him.
Bio: D. C. is the strangest cat I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. He loves company to come and visit him. I have to warn visitors to be ready to catch, because he will jump up into their arms. I don't know the history as to why, but he also likes to suckle. If I am laying down, he will grab a piece of the blanket and start "nursing." He also has some very unusual coloring. He looks as if he has been rolling around in the dirt or in working on a car. He just looks... dirty? I have even been asked by the vet about his coloration. (They thought he was dirty, too). I have to be prepared when I turn a faucet on, too. I will invariably have "help" with whatever I am doing.
This is a very hard one to write, even though it has been nearly a year since a terrible thing happened. When I was in California visiting my sister, the man I once trusted and had married did a terrible thing. He took nine of my beloved babies and just dumped them. Sadly, this beloved furkid was among those taken. I was only able to find one of them - Meio. I hope and pray that they found homes, but I may never know for sure. Not knowing has been so hard. It has been difficult even returning to catster, as seeing their lovely faces still pains me greatly. I've always had many cats and they were well taken care of. If you pray, please do so for my missing babies.
Since this is such a painful thing to write, I am copying this to the diaries of all my missing babies: Bear, D.C., Dart, Holly, Kimba, Kizzy, Kozmo and Princessa.
