Hi Catster friends

Well thanks to my kitty friend Kashmere, foster mom noticed that she didn't write a diary entry when I got adopted last month. I was actually the last cat adopted at the adoption event which surprised foster mom. I am such a friendly and handsome kitty. I now live in a condo with a nice lady near the animal shelter.

Adoption event on Saturday

Oh Catster friends I am so nervous. Saturday is the adoption event. Foster mom should be home soon to give me a quick brushing tonight so I am all spiffy for the adoptathon. Before I go to the adoption event, I am going to foster mon's church for the St. Francis pet blessing. I get to go with my friend Tracy and his cat Sphynx and foster mom. I am so nervous but excited. I hope a nice family likes me.

Sleeping in is fun

Yesterday was fun. Foster mom slept in. I do a very good job of making it hard for her to get up. I like to snuggle up next to her feet. Oh it is such a warm and cozy spot. She has been getting up so early the last couple of weeks. It was nice to sleep in.

Yeah Phinneaus

My foster brother Phinneaus got adopted yesterday. I am happy for him. I like him, but he has been looking for his forever home for a long time. His new family is very nice. Foster mom hopes they keep in touch so she can check up on her Phinney.

Wow foster mom has been so busy

Foster mom has been a little busy lately. She hasn't helped me post a diary entry in awhile. Well my toe is as good as new. I got my bandage of last week. Now foster mom said I am ready for adoption. I am not to sure about this. I will have to talk to Phinneaus about this. I am not sure what they do at the adoption events. Keep you posted.

PS Foster mom made a page for her parents dog. Yuck. Dogs are stinky. Foster mom told me to be nice to the dog. Ok

I have to wear a stupid cone

I had to go to the vet today. My toe still isn't healing, so foster mom took me to the vet today. She was very nice at first, but then she took me in the back and put some big blue bandage on my foot. Then she brought me back into the room and told foster mom I have to wear a cone, so I don't bother my bandage. Foster mom was laughing and giving me head scratches. Well, I showed her. She was holding me and talking to the nice vet and I poohed alot. It went on foster mom's shoe and the floor. Foster mom turned bright red. I don't want came over me. The vet was laughing. Well, I will keep you posted on my next vet adventure.

Long time no entry

Wow lately Phinneaus and foster mom have been so busy on the computer, I haven't had a chance to post my diary entries. Well my toe is getting better. It is taking a long time to heal. It doesn't bother me at all. Just when foster mom soaks it.
It has been very nice and cool here in Seattle. I think Phinneaus likes that his fur is so long. We have a couple of new foster siblings. Lizzie and Nelson. The shelter is so full right now because it is kitten time at the shelter. It is a little busy at home, but I am glad foster mom is giving lots of kitties a chance to find their new forever home. I am going to my first adoptathon in a couple of weeks. I am excited Phinneaus filled me in on what there like. Lizzie my foster sister is lucky she might go live in Indiana with foster mom's aunt. I am not sure where Indiana is but I now it is far. I should get off the computer foster mom wants to make Nelson's page.

I hurt my toe

Well, I broke my toe nail running away from the scary dogs last week. Now my toe nail is infected. Foster mom has been soaking my foot every day in the morning and evening. I don't like that. I usually kick my back legs and throw a big fit. I think it makes foster mom feel bad. She usually gives me a big hug and chin scratches afterwards. Hey you have to milk this for all it is worth.

Dogs are scary

Oh today was so scary. The dogs in my foster house chased me today. I went running away from them really fast and then broke my claw jumping on the window sill. Foster mom left a little late for work today so she could give me lots of TLC. She said she was going to bring me home a special treat tonight. That sounds like a good idea.

I am hot

It has been so hot the past few days in Seattle. I spent all day Sunday laying in the sun. Foster mom said I looked funny because I kept rotating slightly in the same sun spot. I love summer.
