Arrival Story:
The funny thing about Chester is that I never really planned to adopt him. I saw him the first time I went to Animal Control, the day I adopted Sebastian, and Chester was the smaller, cuter kitten in a different cage (Batty was going through an awkward stage when I first met him, lol). I figured Chester would have an easier time getting adopted and Batty was so desperate to get out, so I ended up leaving without Chester. I came back two days later intending to adopt the other black kitten that was in Batty's cage that I assumed to be his littermate. But when I came back, Batty's cage was completely empty... So I went over to see Chester's cage which was filled with kittens. I didn't want Batty to have competition look-wise (I hate when people say things like, "Oh that cat is so much cuter than the other one.") so I adopted Chester because he was also a black kitten. I'm so grateful that I came back and got him because Chester is one of the craziest, coolest cats I've ever had. He's so easy-going, yet so crazy when he's in one of his moods. My dad LOVES him. I was just in time too, because Chessie was very sick and near death.

Chester is VERY playful. He is very curious and always into something. He had to be force fed when he was first adopted because he was so sick, so now he eats 24 hours a day to make up for lost time. He "chirps" everytime he jumps, runs, etc. Chester loves water and falls in the pool a little too often. He makes us nervous but always manages to climb out. We just bought a laser pointer from Petsmart for the cats and Chester especially loves it. He sits in the same spot in the kitchen and waits for it to show up. He constantly chases it but doesn't understand why he can never catch that little red dot... He wears the blue collar.
