Another cat food recall please pass it on

The cat food is being voluntarily recalled in the United States and ten additional countries. This recall is due to incorrect levels of zinc and potassium in our finished product resulting from a production error by a US-based premix supplier.

Rainbow bridge with my beloved Mae-Mae

I went to the bridge on Sunday April 26, 2009 from an unknown illness, I passed in my mommas arms.

She is very upset and will write more later, but know I am enjoying being at the bridge with Mae-Mae my beautiful white blue eyed wife and MingMing and all the other family critters that have passed before me.

That Manx feral cat hasn't been back, but we had a scar last night something was getting into the hen house, I first noticed the smell phew eee, then Stryker started barking, she only barks when there is something to bark about. Then the chickens started clucking which I thought was odd because it was dark. Then Budha the rottweiller puppy started barking, ( she barks all the time). I really knew something was up when my moms stallion Buddy started running back and forth in his corral and snorting, so I started meowing to let someone know something wasn't right, and my mom must have heard all of us because she came out, and first she went and talked to Stryker told her it was okay, then she went and calmed Buddy down, then she came and checked on us, I tired to tell her something woke up the chickens, then all of a sudden, we all heard it something was on top of the condo and the little kittens all ran into the house, whigger started growling and oreo just flopped down beside me, and delila started yelling she was really scared.

Mom went out and said "oh hello what are you doing up there", I didn't know who she was talking too, then she said "okay you stay up there all night if you want but you have to stay out of the hen house," then she went and checked on the chickens and heard her in there moving things, then she came back out and spoke to whoever was on top of the condo again this time she said,"I fixed that hole so you cant' get in anymore, so perhaps it would do you better if you moved on", then Stryker started barking, and came running up behind my mom and there was more scurrying on top of the condo and mom said "oh no STRYKER", and then mom and Stryker ran away, and all of a sudden, oh my I couldn't breath it stunk so bad, it was the worse thing I have ever smelled, it was awful, and horrible, and made my eyes water, and then the other kitty's started crying, and Buddy started jumping and bucking, and my eyes were still burning and I couldn't see my mom, and I got really scared and started yelling for her, but she didnt' answer.

Then Chicklet came out of the house in the condo and said silly WC that was a skunk and the smell will go away pretty soon. Chicklet is so smart she is a feral kitty my mom loved inot being tame. And she was right after awhile it moved away with the wind, and after a little while longer mom came back and checked on us, she was laughing and I failed to see the humor after all it still smelled icky :0 and I was afraid it was going to get stuck to my fur so I started washing and washing and washing, then mom said WC it's okay you are fine, but lets hope the skunk stays away, then she said something really really scary she said she thought the skunk was there to get our food she said they like cat food, but they are skunks, they need to eat skunk food.

Oh boy I hope he doesn't come back tonight.

And I am one of the Diary cats of the day I am just so thrilled, and I didnt' even hear anyone say 'and the envelope please".

Annie is sooooooo jealous, she was diary cat of the day too, but she believes she should be diary cat of EVERYDAY.

I told everyone in the condo and I even told Stryker the cattle dog she just nodded and said cool in her aussie accent.

So I think it is still going to be a good day.

Ha I got out of the condo last night

Wigger my good buddy who is one of my sons, showed me how to get out of the Kitty Condo last night and boy did I have a good time well until Mom heard me out side and came to investigate.

I had just pinned the feral daddy cat on the ground and was really getting some good licks in when my mom grapped me and put me on her shoulder, then the feral cat ran off, and I was yelling at him even after my mom picked me up, that wil lteach him to come into my yard, YEAH.

When I first got out I went over and looked in the dogs dishes to see if they had left any good food in there, but nope, so then I went and checked on the little baby feral kitty's they were sound asleep, so then I went up to the front porch and knocked onthe door but no one heard me, then I saw one of the mommy feral kitty's and went over to talk to her but she didn't know me (she only knows me when I'm in the condo) and she hissed at me and ran to the barn so I followed her, as soon as I walked into the barn I heard him, and boy was I mad there is not supposed to be any other kitty's in my barn but our kitty's, I had never seen him before up close ( he was littler than I thought he was) so I chased him out of the barn and across the yard, and that is when he started screaming so I screamed back at him, so then the dogs started barking and the horses started whinning so everyone was rooting me on, and just when I was kicking his manx butt, Mom grabbed me.

I was going to win too, and Mom even said I was a tough Kitty, and I didn't know I had gotten my nose all scratched up but Mom did and she put some stuff on it that kinda stung but then it didn't hurt at all but boy oh boy it sure smells, she said it was for my own good that kitty's can get infections from other kitty's really easy and she checked me all over, then gave me a big hug and scratched my chin and told me she loved me, even if I did wake her up, then she went a fixed the whole that Wigger and I used to get out.

Well that is my first diary entry, I would have let Annie since she is the spokes cat but even though she is my daughter, she does try to keep it all about her ;). (she is a princess yes, yes we all know).
