Black and White

Riding on my shoulders.

Messing with her tail.

Favorite Toy:
Fabric balls with bells inside.

Favorite Nap Spot:
My bed. I only get a little corner after all the cats pile on.

Favorite Food:
Canned stuff.

Jumping up into my arms.

Arrival Story:
She is a sweet girl who was apparently dumped at a local steel mill. I go there daily to feed the strays who live there and knew that she was new. She was also tame and came right to me. She was too sweet and naive to be on the streets, so home she came.

Kizzy is very loving to anyone who comes over. I am considering using her as a therapy cat if there are any programs around here for that.

Gone but not forgotten

This is a very hard one to write, even though it has been nearly a year since a terrible thing happened. When I was in California visiting my sister, the man I once trusted and had married did a terrible thing. He took nine of my beloved babies and just dumped them. Sadly, this beloved furkid was among those taken. I was only able to find one of them - Meio. I hope and pray that they found homes, but I may never know for sure. Not knowing has been so hard. It has been difficult even returning to catster, as seeing their lovely faces still pains me greatly. I've always had many cats and they were well taken care of. If you pray, please do so for my missing babies.

Since this is such a painful thing to write, I am copying this to the diaries of all my missing babies: Bear, D.C., Dart, Holly, Kimba, Kizzy, Kozmo and Princessa.

I have a furry cute kitteh furiend named Aurelius, A.K.A. Squid. He has just had a very cool thing happen. He found his fur father right here on catster! That is so awesome! I'm so furry happy for him. I hope that they are able to chit chat back and forth for a long time to come. I'm interested to know their similarities and differences!

Purrs and headbutts to all

I haven't written lately, but I wanted to make sure everyone knew I was doing okay. I wasn't very happy after my trip to the vet, but it was all for a good thing. I no longer have that instinct to go through the house with my rear end in the air and yowling at the top of my lungs. I guess that's what a spade is for. So for all you kitties out there who don't want your spade or tutors, don't fret. It's well worth it!!

Well, I'm going to keep this short and sweet.

Purrs and headbutts to all of my furiends!
