Lionel was found abandoned on the streets of Abu Dhabi by a local animal welfare group called Feline Friends. He was emaciated terrified, and had to be lion-shaved due to snarls and knots in his fur. He was a pitiful sight, and with his growly meow and sweet disposition, really got to me. I brought him home......and slowly but surely, with lots of good food, and the love of our family, he has blossomed into the gorgeous creature you see on this page!
