Wow it's been a sad week

1st let me apologize to efurrycat for taking so long to paw in my diary.
It's been a furry hard week furr my mommy & one of the saddest days efurr furr me. One week ago my mommy found out that Zippie is the sole survivor of his family. The rest were living as basically barn cats ( furry happy; well fed barn cats at that) when a family of raccoons ambushed the barn killing several chickens & what is believed to have been all of Zippie's siblings & his mom. Some may have escaped; at least I sincerely hope so.
Then today mom was at work & decided to take a peek at what was going on here at Catster & has regreted it efurr since. :-( You see he was my furry furry 1st ever orange friend. I mean not one I met from my orange brofurr or sisfurr, or through another furriend, but he was my furriend. His family was moving to Borrego Springs from Ohio, only 1 to 1-1/2 hours from me & I had written in my diary that my mom was going to Borrego for the weekend & I was going to run away to by best furriend Chips house furr the weekend (Chip lives in Ohio). Anyway I got a pmail from an orangie that I did not know (Macallan) asking me about Borrego & we were furriends efurr since.
Today when mom got on Catster she saw some group mail titled something like "In Memory of Macallan"; mommy knew she should not open it at work (& she was right) just one week after finding out about Zippies family she opened the pmail & saw that a coyote had ripped through Mac's screen door when he was sleeping & grabbed him through it. Moms heart is totally broken right now cause Mac's mommy is a friend of hers too.
While the rest of the country is cold & getting rain & snow; here at my house we are having daytime temps near 100 degrees farenheit; where Mac lives is in the desert & much warmer so it makes purrfect sense that with night time temps being 35-40 degrees cooler & you live in the desert so no reason to worry about burglars; why not just lock the screen door & let the outside air cool the house?
Mac if you read this please know I consider you one of my best furriends ever! If your mommy needs or you want anything at all that we can give you; please let us know!!! I know my sisfurr T C & brofurr Spotty will take furry good care of you & we will try our best to help your mommy through this.

Well it's happened again! It's been awhile though & I've actually kind of missed pawing in my diary. I was tagged by Bugsy
He is a cat that I consider a good furriend; he is also a co admin in the Best Furriend Spot group I created with my bestest buddy Chipster.

1. There are no other cats we have ever seen that are the same color as I am *whispers* I am the color of a Weimariner(sp?); that is a dog.
2. I am going to be single furr my whole life; girls should be sisfurs or mothers that's it.
3. *whispers* if you'll come closer I'll tell you a secret; If I was to ever get a girl furriend I would want her to be just like Tilda'
4. I have the bestest best furriend in the whole world Chip I'd be totally lost without him.
5. I am a furry mellow boy; not much gets me stressed out, not even all of these kittens.
6. I need to move my water bowl around before I can drink from it.
7. Now don't freak out about this; I don't mind going to the vet, in fact I like it
