My Catster motto is "I'm a lover and a biter!" Lately, I've been biting more often whenever I don't like something my momma does. For instance, I really hate having my tummy touched, so anytime she tries to pick me up or examine me for lumps, I bite her. Another thing, I like to lie on the front part of her laptop computer and pin her arms so she cannot type. MOL If she tries to move her arms, I bite her.

Momma worries what would happen if she had to give me medicine or something else. What would I do then? Does any fur do this kind of thing and do you have any suggestions on what my momma might do to help curb my biting? Aside from this, I am a very loving and affectionate kitty.

Oh yes- I'm a biter, too. Mom doesn't know how to make me stop. She's just learned to watch for the warning signs. She has given me medicine before, and I don't bite then. Just when she's bothering me when I'm sleeping! :)

I used to bite more - I still do occasionally - I call 'em love nibbles. I've never bitten when I had to take medicine.

Hi Monida, Jezebel and Tabbies,

It's good to know I am not alone in my biting issue. Momma has never had to give me medicine, so she doesn't know if I would bite then or not. But, she was thinking if ever I do need medicine that she would try to get it compounded into a liquid like she does for my brother Tigger.

Ever since we met Queen Tallulah on Catster, who had kitty breast cancer, Momma has been checking us more carefully for lumps. Since I hate my tummy touched, this isn't an easy thing for Momma to do.

Momma will visit Pet Place and look at their articles.
