No Monday blues for me

No matter what day it is, and today is Monday, I just love to lounge on the water bed. It is so comfy. I stay there nearly all day and night and sleep with mom and dad. Mom just took a picture of me too. She mentioned the word "treat" and I instantaneously start to lick my chops! I hope it is Fancy Feast again! Yummmmmm!

Mom washed me today!

Even though I behave and I am a good girl for mom when she plops me in the tub, I don't like it. Because I am so big, I cannot reach my kitty bummy to clean myself well so mom has to soap me up on my rear end to make sure I am clean. At least this don't happen all the time like Hunny Bunny's gets hers washed!! Yikes! Everybody in this family has a nice clean rear end!

My New Fancy Smancy costume jewelry collar!!

I just love the new collar mom sewed me with all pretty thingie dingies and bells and danglies on it! Ever since I was a kitten, I loved to get into mom's jewelry box. When she put a necklace on me for the first time, I knew immediately then, that I was destined to dress up like a princess! Mom and dad laughed when I parade around with my jewelry on. On the weekend when it was very rainy, mom thought she'd sit down and sew me up a new collar while she watched a movie with daddy. I just love it! She also made one for my sister Sasha too. We are such lucky happy kitties.

I have a udder hangin' under me belly!

Since the vet said I was obese, mommy did put me on a diet just by taking away the food at night. I lost two pounds! Now, my belly is just a bunch of saggy skin that hangs just like a cow's udder! Mommy loves to squoosh it and pet it because she says it is soft and silky. It flaps really wildy if I trot down the hallway. Mommy laughs about it all the time.

New Bunny Family Member

We just got a new addition to the family, Hunny Bunny, a six week old mini-lop. We have never had bunnies. We love her and as you can see on my photo page, I love to groom and clean her. All us kitties get along with her because she is not competition for the food bowl. She likes stuff to eat that we don't like! She is soft like us and loves to play and that is neat too.

I went potty on the kitchen floor!!

I am very upset that my momma is taking care of a stray black kitty that she named "Vegemite". He has yukky skin and she feels sorry for him so she feeds him and he rubs against her legs and that makes me upset and angry because I can smell his scent that he is not fixed!! Even my new adopted step-sister Love Muffin tries to dash and run out the door to beat him up and she growl and howls something terrible. I don't do the vocal thing. I do the "doo-doo" thing to show my disapproval. At the back door where Vegemite shows up to get my mom's attention for food, I started to drop a nice warm stinky present there! Mom was so worried that something was wrong with me because in all the six and seven years of my life, I have never pottied outside my litter boxes! Mom is feeding him in the front now and I have stopped dropping and giving my stinky presents!

WHAT A STORY! I AM SO HUMILITATED!

My mum wrote this is our "Sister" page diary and thought it would be good to write in my personal in case somebody missed it. As you know I am in a couple of "support" groups so I can deal with weight issues. I know my mum loves me to pieces but she shouldn't let everybody know about my big bum size problem when it comes to my potty habits. I am so big that my bum hangs over the sides of the litter pan. Very rarely do I ever get all my droppings in the right place. It is very embarrassing since I am a clean kitty and very fussy about my personal grooming. Just because I am a bit overweight doesn't mean I have to let myself go entirely and not care about my cleanliness. When mum see me pillaging about in the litter and scraping around, she knows I am about to go so she runs and grabs the litter pan poop scooper and holds it right up under my bum so as to catch my poopy!! She yells out to her grandkids to come and look and see what a famous kitty poopy catcher she is and that they should remember that for the rest of their lives about their grandma!! Sometimes she sneaks up behind me very quietly when I am going so I don't know she has caught my poopy and already taken it away to be flushed, so, when I turn around to cover it up, it is gone!!! Gone! Gone! Gone! It startles me to find out where did it go! Did it mysteriously vanish and disappear into thin air! Did I just think I went but had a false bowel movement? Did it get beamed up to Scotty? Who knows!! I wish she wouldn't do that!
