Thank you to all my dear friends for the birthday gifts and- greetings!

Oh my goodness, what a pawtabulous day I had yesterday. It was my birthday and what fun I had. Yes, I am a day late in getting my thank-yous but that is "my secretary's" fault (she is soooo slow sometimes) and I was having so much fun partying that I just didn't have time yesterday. So today, I want to thank each and every one of my dear friends for their kindness, the pressies and messages and for making my birthday so special.

I got a wonderful sushi with a nice message inside from friends Milo, Mallee, Sam, Smokey Joe, Timmy 'n Zig. Thank you dear ones, I love food, as you know and the sushi was really yummy.

Spirit sent a party hat and a sweet message inside. Thank you sweetness.

I received a Blue Ribbon and birthday greetings from Big Harry-Dreamboat #57, Patches, Angel Abigail, Zack and the rest of their family. That was so sweet and thoughtful. I will hang the blue ribbon above my cat tree. Boy, won't Pickles be jealous? MOL

I also received another Sushi from my dear friend Norman and his family. Norman said that he hoped that I got a nice chicken dinner for my birthday. No such lucky, buddy, but Meowmy does allow me to go into the bathroom and look at the young peeps that she has in a tub inside the bathtub. Little does she know that I am not only observing but I am also drooling! *smacks lips* (Just waitin' for the skinny little legs to plump up a bit)!!

I got a nice shrimpie from Lucy, Logan (in loving memory), Taylor (in loving memory) and Sammy (in loving memory). Boy, do these friends know that I like to eat, or what? Thank you dear ones, I love shrimpies!

Then there was a nice hunk of cheese from my furry bestest buddies in Wisconsin with a funny note inside. I just bet that cheese was Wisconsin cheese! Thanks Moose, Hobo, Marley and Sailor. (Thanks for all the fun at the party and the lovely cake that Hobo baked)

I also received a cuppie cake from my buddy Wilson. And do you know what? We had a party in one of our groups yesterday and Wilson brought along jet paks for all of us. Boy, talk about flyin' high! We had so much fun. Thanks Wilson J. Scooter. What a fun time.

Macy was at the party too and brought along kites for us to fly. I never saw such pretty, fancy kites. What fun. Macy sent a party hat and a birthday greeting inside. Thanks Macy for the gift and the wagon ride with Butterfly and the trip to the DQ. Glad that Butterfly had fun too!

I also received a purrty blue bird with a greeting inside from Smiley Cassanova. Thanks Smiley, I love birds; especially blue ones!

And I would like to thank Catster too for the birthday cake and the birthday wishes too.

Whew! That's a lot of thank yous to write and I am still tired from partying yesterday. I think that I'll go rest my little paws for awhile and enjoy my gifties and that purrty blue ribbon hanging above my cat tree. *glares at Pickles and grins* Thanks to all for making my birthday such a fun and special day.

Thank you to all of my friends for the Christmas pressies- and thoughtful messages!

I just want to take a moment to thank everyone who sent pressies and Christmas wishes to my family and I. We truly appreciate your kindness and thinking of us at this special time of the year.

Next was mistletoe from our dear friends, Wanda, Norman, Tess, Rupert, Mitchell and more. Thank you for thinking of our entire family at this time of the year, sweet friends. Hope that Normie got some chicken for Christmas dinner.

A very beautiful angel kitty, Peaches, also sent Christmas greetings and a nice sprig of mistletoe. Thank you so much sweetness.

I truly appreciate all of your thoughts and purrs and hope that you all had a wonderful Christmas also. Hugs and headbonks to one and all.

More thank yous

*Tuffy yawns and stretches* Ho hum! Well, now that I finally got my human to sit at the catputer, it is time for my nap! But I do want to finish up my thank yous to so many of my wonderful friends.

First, I want to thank my furry special friends, Norman, Wanda, Tess, Rupert and the rest of their family for the beautiful forever crown. *Adjusts his crown and grins* I feel like real royalty! Thank you sweet friends.

I also received a special blue ribbon from a dear friend Sunny. (She is a cute little doggie) but that's ok. I like SOME doggies! MOL Thanks for the ribbon and the champaign glasses with the sweet note Sunny!

Next was a big drumstick from the family of Octavian and Odin. Mmmmm, now that's what I call a good prezzie and good eatin'. Thanks for the sweet note too dear friends.

I also received another whole, juicy turkey from Emma, Ginny, Charlie, Molly and the rest of their family. Thank you so much sweet friends. Ginny, shall we add some "beans" to our feast? MOL

And to top it all off, I also received two nice slices of pumpkin pie along with very sweet notes of concatulations from Perla and from Ginger. Say, isn't pumpkin pie made with Ginger? MOL!! Thank you dear friends.

It has been a pawtastic week and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I want to thank all of my very special friends and I even made some new friends this week and that is just pawsome. I am so glad to have had so many friends to share in my special day. I appreciate all of the gifts, notes and pawmails; but most especially the friendship. Thank you one and all.

Now, I've got to catch up on my beauty rest. After such an exciting week, it has been hard to get caught up on my sleep! I have a lot of lost cat naps to make up for. So goodnight one and all. I am sure to have happy dreams about all of my sweet friends.

My typist (Meowmy) has been AWOL all day long and now she says that she is falling asleep at the catputer cuz she got up furry early this morning. Well, pffffftttttt!!

I promise that I will make her get back here this weekend and help me to finish up all of my thank yous. I do not want my dear friends to think that I've neglected them and I do appurrciate their gifts, pawmails and notes so furry much. As I said earlier, it is just so hard to get good help and I am all "thumbs" (since I'm a polydactyl kitteh) when it comes to typing. I promise to get all caught up furry soon.

Oh my goodness, I failed to mention some of my other special events today.

First of all I received an e-mail from Buddy (Always Loved) with a cute poem and congratulations on my COTD award. He and his siblings, Biggs and Cash and Angels McKenna, Mookie Angel and Ricki also sent me a very nice 2nd pawmail too. I love getting mail. Thank you sweet friends.

I also received a very nice pawmail from our sweet friend Mr Sam (At the Bridge). He and I are sharing a feast to celebrate along with pumpkin pie for dessert. *Rubs tummy*

Grace sent me a very sweet note too and I sure appreciate all of her kind words and compliments. Meowza!

And last but not least (I should have mentioned this to start with). I want to thank the furry pawsome Manytoes for the really neat picture that he made and sent to me to display on my page. Love the blue seaside frame and thank you so much for doing that for me Manytoes. That was so kind of you.

What a pawsome week I have had!

First of all; just two days ago we were notified that I had won third place in the Frontline photo contest. We won a $50 Amazon gift card and a year's supply of Frontline! Now, that is a pawsome gift! Thank you Catster and Frontline!!!

Then this morning, we received an e-mail saying that I was Cat of The Day! What? What did I do to deserve this wonderful honor? I have not even written in my diary for a very long time!!
So now I've told Meowmy that she has to let me get on the catputer and that she has to help me write all of my thank yous to all of my dear friends. Well, it's about time that she gets down to business and lets us have some fun on Catster!

I want to thank Perla for the pumpkin pie prezzie and the nice note. I also received some big, succulent turkey legs from our good friend at The Bridge, Mr. Sam and also from the family of Tessa, Percy, Sawyer, Murphy and the rest of their family along with nice notes of concatulations. Not only that but I also received some very, fat, juicy looking turkeys from Grace, Casey, Leo and Frankie and from Morticia and the N.C. Gang along with their MomKatt. Thank you dear friends for such nice gifts and nice notes.

Let's see, oh! Then there was a beautiful blue ribbon from one of my best buddies that I haven't purred with in ever so long, Mr. Ernest Hemmingway. Thanks Erni! You're the best friend that a he-cat could ever ask for.

I also received a very special gold star from my very beautiful and dearest wife, Mojo. Thank you sweetness. That was so very thoughtful of you; but then that is the way that Mojo always is, so very sweet and thoughtful. I just want to add a quick note here that I am sending special purrs and Meowmy is praying for your sweet brofurr, Hooch. We love you Hooch! And I love you too Mojo, so very, very much. *wipes a happy tear*

Hmmm, oh yes! Back to the business at hand. Let's see, there was also three big trophies along with such sweet notes of concatulations from The family of K.C. Snoopur, Bear, Shadow and the rest of their family. Also from the family of Kylie, Abbey, Rusty, Haley and the rest of their family too. And last but not least another big trophy from our very dearest and sweetest friends in Wisc. (Hobo, Moose, Marley and Sailor). Thank you dear ones, you are the best! (Marley was named Doggie of the Day just this week also) *High fives Marley*

Oh! And many thanks also to my dear friends who sent paw-mails and left comments on my page. I sure appurrciate your thoughtfulness. It is so nice to receive all of this special attention! (Puffs out his chest, just a little)

One final note and I want to send heartfelt thank yous to everyone who purred so hard and prayed for me this summer. I was involved in a very nasty cat fight in our own garage when a stray cat just waltzed right in and attacked me. It was a very long healing process; from June until the first of October until I was completely healed and all better. I am truly grateful for everyone's kind thoughts during that tough time!

I am so honored to be named Cat of The Day today and just overwhelmed with joy to be remembered by so many sweet and dear friends. Thank you for sharing my special day and making it even more special for me. Manly hugs,

Thanking all my friends for the wonderful birthday greetings

I am just so blessed to have so many wonderful friends who remembered me on my special day (even if my very own Meowmy DID forget) Pfffftttttt! Good thing for Catster or she probably wouldn't have remembered at all. MOL

I want to thank the family of Tinkerbell, Dinky, Tiger, Taffy and Orange for the bright yellow shiny star and their birthday wishes.

I also received greetings and a purrty jeweled crown from the fmily of Lucy, Logan (In Loving Memory), Taylor (In Loving memory) and Sammy (In Loving Memory).

I got a purrty bouquet of tulips from Pooters with a beautiful purple birthday cake enclosed. Yummy in ze tummy!

I received another package in the mail

Boy, that mailman is gonna know ME from now on. MOL

I bet that I got more packages in the mail this month than anybody on the whole earth!! I'm feeling pretty darned important right about now. *Puffs out his chest and does a little cat strut around the room*

I received a package just yesterday and it was also from my sweet Mojo. She said that it was for our anniversary but that her Meowmy hadn't got it sent in time. (Her Meowmy is a lot like mine). They don't just always tend to our needs as soon as they should. It must be a human thing. Well, I am sure that most of you know how poorly humans behave sometimes. Well, as long as they don't forget to feed us, I guess that we can tolerate their other short-comings.

I helped Meowmy to open the box and guess what was inside? A very, brightly colored and beautipurr cat mat with a catnip toy attached to a BIG button. Meowmy says that it matches my purrrsonality---all bright and colorful. *Looks himself over very carefully* Gee, Pickles, do you think that I am colorful? Yep! Guess so, if Meowmy says so then it must be true. *claps paws* Yay! I am "colorful"!!

There was also an extra catnip toy enclosed too. It has a picture of a pyschodelic love bug car (whatever that is). Looks like a volkswagon to me but that is what Meowmy called it! What'd I tell you about humans? They are just so totally weird sometimes! Anyhow, ole Miss Pickles latched on to that right away. Well, I guess that I will let her play with it if it keeps her out of my fur. After all----she didn't get any packages in the mail and I have to feel a little bit sorry for her; so I will be nice and share. Isn't that sweet of me? I am feeling a bit generous today for some reason. *Grins*

Since I already got a nice, soft, cushy bed from my lovely Mojo for a Christmas prezzie, we put the cat mat on the bottom of the bed last night right next to the one that Pickles sleeps on. Well, do you think that the humans really think that I am going to sleep that close to Pickles? Mwah ha ha! No way!! We are just gonna have to move that to where "I" want it placed. (Preferably the couch) That way, I can relax on my new cat mat and keep an eye on things during the daytime hours too.
Java is supposed to be a watchdog, you know, but sometimes I have to keep a watch on the watchdog. She falls asleep on the job and then it is up to me to keep the household safe and secure. Dogs----they are so not dependable (kind of like humans) MOL

Well, I just want to say that I have the bestest wifey here on Catster and the absolutely most thoughtful one too. I don't know what I would do without you, my sweetest Mojo. Thank you for all of the lovely prezzies and for your love. I will dream of you each and every time that I lay my head down on my new psychodelic cat mat or when I curl up in the my new kitty bed. Oh, and please tell your Meowmy "thank you" too. It was so furry nice of her to take you shopping and to ship those packages to me. I'm sure that the mailman will know me on a first name basis from now on. Yippee!! I'm not only colorful but I am also famous (with the postal service anyhow)!

Santa came early to my house!

Yep! He sure did. On Wednesday of this week, I recieved a large package. Santa left it on the front porch and I never saw him but I know that he was here because there it was---big as life and it had my name on it. A big ole box addressed to little ole me---Tuffy!

*Scratches his head and thinks a bit* You know though, I didn't know that Santa lives in North Carolina!?!? That's where the box came from anyhow. Well, Meowmy helped me open it and lo and behold---it was jam packed full of things. I couldn't believe my eyes. Santa must have thought that I was a very good boy this year. (He must not have got that letter from Pickles) Mwah Ha Ha!!

Well, to my surprise, Meowmy said that all of those goodies were from my lovely wife, Mojo and her family. Now how did Santa Paws get ahold of that box? I suspect that since Mojo lives in North Carolina too, she must be next door neighbors with Santa or something and he agreed to deliver this package as a special favor to her. That must be it! That wife of mine has friends in high places you know!

Well, to my utter delight there was a new kitty bed inside. It is a beautipurr green color with tiny beige dot designs and a beige middle with a great big yellow sunflower right in the center. (I bet that Mojo's sisfur, "Sunflower" helped her pick that out) MOL

The bed was stuffed full of goodies too. My red sparkly ball that I took to immediately. Pickles and Meowmy just sat back and couldn't believe their eyes when I started playing like a kitten with that big red sparkly ball. Guess I showed them that "I still got it" Hee Hee! Sadly to say, the big, red, sparkly ball is already missing in action but I know where it is. I just hid it so that Pickles or Java wouldn't find it. Next time that Meowmy cleans house, I am sure that she will find it.

Then there was also a very cute little mouse with big ears. Meowmy said that I can only play with that when Java is outside or in her crate because she loves to tear our mice all to pieces. (Dumb dog!)

There was also a package of catnip toys; one is a red mouse with a yellow tail and one is a round shaped toy with a white mouse with pink ears and tail.

Oh, Oh! And there was also a little, fat, blue ball with white stripes. It has ears and tail like a kitty and the tail is crinkly foil. It also has a fun-sounding little ball that rolls around inside. Boy, I think that is going to be fun but again I can only play with that when Java isn't around. That will give me something to do around midnight or so when everyone is sound asleep!

There is also a cute looking cone-shaped laser toy too. I noticed that Pickles has her eye on that. Maybe I will go and hide that with my big, red sparkly ball. Hee Hee

Meowmy was also surprised and quite happy when she had "three" wrapped packages with her name on them. She was so excited to see that they were three picture frames with all of our wedding photos in them. There was one of Sammy and Clawdia and one of Smokey and Fire. They were in identical silver frames which was so appropriate since they were married in a double wedding ceremony. Then the third frame which was also silver in color and had fishies all around the frame with a cute kitty at the bottom and included the wedding photo of my sweet Mojo and me. Meowmy is so very proud of those pictures and is displaying them right next to the catputer so that she can see them at all times.

Well, I must be off. Gotta catch a nap now so that I can play with all of my toys after everyone goes to bed tonight. Who knows------maybe I will even catch a glimpse of Santa and his reindeer on their flight back home to North Carolina! Ho Ho Ho!!
