I AM DEARLY MISSED

My mom didn't like me staying out in the freezing cold and the wet of winter. Even though she would try to bring me in, being around all the other cats, well, I just couldn't handle it too well and it just would make me a nervous wreck and I didn't like it at all, except when mom would hold me and pet me and kiss me reassuring me that she loved me anyway. I would constantly lick my mommy all over her hands and arms face to let her know I understood and an exchange of grooming is actually an exchange of trust. As I am getting older, 7 years old, mom was so concerned about my health while I was constantly exposed to harsh elements. She did always feed me very good, mixing canned food with dry food, helping me to gain weight to keep me warmer in the cold. Mom found an older couple that wanted me. They live right down the road and I am now the only cat in a household again!! She told them that if it don't work out, I can come home because she loves me and she just has my best interest at heart. Anyhow, this couple had a kitty for 18 years and he has been gone for a year, so they finally felt ready to have another kitty and they loved me instantly when they seen how beautiful I am. Mom is calling to check up on me and she can come visit me.
