We're ROAD TRIP Kitties!!!

Meowmy & Daddy wanted to go on a long weekend, and of course Louie & I went along too! (you don't think Meowmy could leave me do you???!) So at first I was a little scared. You know, the carrier, the car....the last 5 trips I've been on have all been to that awful place known as Dr. Evil's vets office, so I was just unsure. I kept trying to ask Meowmy & Daddy what the hoo-ha was going on, but they just kept answering my meows with "it's ok baby"....well that didn't tell me squat! Anyhoo, we ended up on the road for awhile, and being a smarty pants, I figured it out that we weren't headed to Dr Doom's. So I settled down. Turns out, we were going to Ohio for Daddy's B-day. We got to stay at the hotel with Meowmy & Daddy. Then they left and went to Cedar Pt. for Halloweekends. I think they had a good time, but coming back to me & Louie was way better!!! They love us so much they even left the park at dinner time to come back to the hotel to feed us and have dinner with us. It was great! Meowmy packed us the coolest tiger striped suitcase for all of our goodies, and she even brought most of our toys! She made sure to bring our favorite blanket from the couch so that it would smell more like home to us, it worked! Louie & I took turns sleepin on the blanket. They we were headed home! I'll tell ya' this trip had me nervous at 1st, I was afraid that I was going back to Florida, to life in the wild. But I was wrong, Meowmy & Daddy love me too much, and this trip made me more affectionate and realize just how much I love them too! I have the best family ever!!!!

Workin on bein' the Coolest Cat!

I am soooo excited to be in the World's Coolest Cat & Dog show! My Meowmy really wants Louie & I to win it! (Nothin' like pressure right!?) We have been voting in the contest everyday, and I just wanna say that we have a bunch of COOL CATS here at Catster! I want to wish you all the best of luck in the contest! I am a hero!

This has been an exciting week for me! I am my Meowmy's Hero!!! I rescued her from a BIG nasty spider! My Meowmy found 2 spider legs on the bathroom floor. And of course they were my handi-work.... I saw this great big spider in our house, and I was immediately on the prowl, protecting my family (like all super-hero's do!). I attacked it once, and only grabbed the leg, so I went in for the kill, and then darn thing bit me on the nose! I did manage to get another leg though! And the spider hobbled underneath the pile of laundry my Meowmy had on the floor. I stayed up all night and watched it to make sure the spider didn't come back out! And the next morning Meowmy comes in to grab the towels and starts screaming & hollering for all the world to hear!!! The spider was dead under the towels! Meowmy said it's a fishing spider, that are native to our wooded area, and was 2 inches long! Daddy said he was proud of me, and that I was a good hunter, and a good girl! I was beaming, because my Daddy is the best and I love him more than my heart can handle! And of course my Meowmy was all cuddling me saying "your my hero LuckyGirl!" Ahhhh, it's a tough job being a hero!
