We have decided to follow in the footsteps of our ever so happy siblings, Clawdia & Sammy who became engaged this past weekend. We really wanted to have a double wedding; so today I asked the love of my life, the fire in my heart to be my wife and she said Yes!
I am so happy and pleased that she has agreed to do me the honor. She & Clawdia and Sammy & I have spent many happy hours together and so we thought that it would be so furry special if we could celebrate our big day together too.
Of course our bouncy little sisfur Hazel will be the maid of honor and she is so excited. She introduced us to one another and we are all grateful that she has brought us together. She is quite the little matchmaker. We love you Hazel and thanks!
I am counting the days until my sweet Fire and I will be husband and wife at The Bridge. We have not yet discussed a date but there are so many plans to be made and so much to do. Fire and Clawdia will be furry busy with all of the planning and Sammy & I will just nod and smile. Isn't that what guys do? Hey, don't swat at me, Hazel, it is just a "guy thing" you know. I'm sure that Fire and Clawdia will make wonderpurr decisions and exciting plans. And I am also sure that Hazel will be more than willing to help out too. It will be Sammy & my job to look cool and calm while we are trying to hide our case of nerves. We can lean on one another. Whew! This proposal thing was hard enough. I hope that we can hold up through the ceremony. Us guys have it tough, don't we?
Maybe we should just elope. What do you think Fire? (Just kidding)!!
