Together again

Well, I have been gone from my earthly home for awhile now. It takes some getting used to and I really miss my family, but guess what? The little pest, Hazel is here too. I feel really bad for her that she had to pass at such a young age, and I never thought that I would miss her silliness, but it sure is good to see her again.
Boy, I've missed her and now that I am healthy again and can keep up, we are having lots of fun tussling and rolling around like we used to do before I got sick. It is just hard to believe that Hazel has followed me here and so closely behind me.
Actually, Hazel was the one who helped me get my beautiful new wings. (I knew that she wasn't all bad). It sure makes it much easier to get around here when one has wings. And they are very nice, don't you think? A furry nice kitty named Krishna made them for me and I am so thankful and so proud.
I must go now. That silly Hazel has roped me into going along to a New Year's Eve pawty this evening, so I must catch a quick cat nap and do a little grooming. I am sure that it will be fun once we get there. I am just a little nervous about meeting so many new faces. I always was a little shy and would run and hide in the basement when company would come at home. Hazel was always the partier and would socialize with everybody. Maybe I can learn a few things off the kid! MOL!! I am actually looking forward to this pawty tonight and hope to meet lots of new friends. I already know Lacey, Cagney and little Jimmy and it will be nice to spend a fun evening with them too. Sammy is even planning on joining us and I think that he is really looking forward to getting out and having a fun time.
