My dad had a disturbing dream last night. He wasn't so bothered by it, but it frightens me! In this dream, he had two mouses. MOUSES! He carried the mouses in his pocket, and took them out when he went places and they did things and ate cheese and stuff.
Dad doesn't take me places, only to the stupid vet-doctor. He doesn't put me in his pocket! He tried to put me inside his coat once, but it was crowded and I had to struggle to get out, and he laughed even though I think I scratched him up a bit. He's got a nutso sense of humour sometimes!
Here's the worst part, in the dream, he kept the two mouses upstairs, because I had to stay downstairs. He told the mouses I would bite their heads off. Now, mind you, I haven't ever met a mouse that I DIDN'T bite head off of, but still, this dream seems to have painted me as some sort of a negative character. I guess in real life, I would bite the heads off of any mice I found in the house but that doesn't give dad a right to have a dream about mouses!!!

Hey, everycat *looks around nervous-like*
I need a drink. *swills a couple of glasses of Hallowscream punch then loads a large mug with CN Ale*
Dad hates me. I thought we got along pretty well. He works, then uses the money he gets to buy me food, so I let him rub me once in a while... What more can I do?
Well, today he comes home, shoves me in the carrying box, which I don't like, and took me to a place I've never been before! Then this woman who I don't know poked, prodded and did stuff, then typed things on her computer. I can only assume dad's mad at me. Why else would he put me through this?
Then when it was time to leave, he talked to some other people at the front desk of the place. They said something about a "visa" so I can only assume I'm being deported or sent out of the country for some reason.
*drink - chug - gulp*

Well, the Steelers folded early in the playoffs, which I didn't really expect. So I guess I'll just concentrate on hockey, which is a superior sport anyway!
Hey, there's crazy warm temperatures this week. Going into the 60's dad says it's too warm. I say it's good, because I get to go outside and play! Whenever I get to do what I want, it has to be a good thing! Next week it will be all freezy again!

A friend made some comment about how many somebody did something. I was dismayed that a cat would be worried about mathematical pursuits! Cats, if you're involved with this sort of thing, I think you should give up that counting.
Counting stuff is what the twolegs do to keep us down! No good ever comes from counting. My dad's always saying, "don't rub your head on that, you've done it a hundred times!" Right, and if I had been COUNTING maybe it would matter. Twos can't sit in the same chair for hours on end, because they are counting! "It's been four hours!" they will say. Well WHY ARE YOU COUNTING?
I'm sure some of you have heard them say "no more food, you've already eaten twice". See, if they weren't COUNTING you could have more food but noooo, they have to count!
How about when they walk away, and you try to get them back. You say "rub my head" they say, "I rubbed your head for the last five minutes", once again, the twolegs count, and we lose.
That's all I have to say, for now. Please. Let's not emulate them in their counting... it never works out for us.

What's with my dad? It is booming and flashing and really scary. The rain is pounding and he insists on going to work!!! I TOLD him to stay with me, he could lay on the floor and I could hide behind him and we'd make it through this thing fine, but NOOOO, he wants to leave!
Shouldn't cats come first in times of crisis?

I've been tagged and re-tagged. Thanks to every cat who tagged me (I guess) but I don't want to tag any more cats 'cuz everyone gets it enough. Since I keep getting tagged though, I'm not one to completely dampen the fun so here's my seven little factoids anyway! (Eeep!)
1- I don't hiss.
2- I've never scratched my dad on purpose, I don't even bat at him with my claws in. (it's not polite)
3- I once hid under the couch, but could not get back out, so I had to wait for Dad to come home and pick up the end of the couch so I could get out.
4- I killed a gopher once.
5- Dad has tried to give me people food, but I won't eat it.
6- I have never sat on a twolegs' lap.
7- When I was little I pooped on Dad's chest (he was holding me, but I couldn't hold it!)
I hope you enjoy these little insights! Eeep!

Hey woot, you cats! It's baseball season!
I'm gearing up for some Pirates' support. I know some of you cats like other teams too. It's a fun game that involves sitting with dad on the couch while he watches games and scratches my head! There's also sitting outside, on the swing, while dad listens to baseball on the radio, and scratches my head.
Woot! Baseball been very good to me!

The beauteous and wonderful Em (Ms. Tiger Woods to you!) sent me some swell stuffs for my birthday! I kind of liked the envelope, but dad explained that there was more things IN the envelope!
Here are some pix of me checking out the new toys! Isn't Em great! How can a tom not love a girl like that! Woot!

Hey, I haven't given up on my Pittsburgh Penguins support! Eeep! I just said I'd keep my Pens sweater on until they lost and they were on a long streak. Hmmm, I didn't wear it all day Sunday, and they lost on Monday, I hope it wasn't my fault! Eeep again!
Anyway, some folks thought I should wash out the black and gold, so I'm back in my normal fuzzy suit until Thursday when the Penguins play again.
Let me give a shout to Blade and Oliver and other cats responsible for the swell Valentine's bash on Sunday. It was an all-dayer and many cats and a few dogs came. Everyone had fun!
Well, got to go now. Just thought I would update all you viewers!
Eeep!

Dad's going to that "work" again! He's going out even though the temperature is "2"! And very blowy wind too.
That's -16C for you cats that like that temperature. About -27C on the wind chill!
I told dad he could stay at home and see anything he needs to from the window sill, but he insists he needs to go somewhere else to look at things. I think he's crazy. I hope he doesn't freeze!
