Arrival Story:
Mom moved to L.A. and was living with 2 room mates and they all had pets back home and were missing having an animal around. They went down to the East Valley Shelter and were looking for a black cat since they had all black furniture, but it was around Halloween and they were not adopting those. Low and behold they discovered little me who captured two of their hearts when falling into a paper bag full of newspaper. It actually took a week to name me! Having 3 people agree is tough!
Bio:
I love to sniff eyelids and lips and give sweet Eskimo kisses. My human asks me questions and I always answer back, not that either of us understand what we are saying. I don't like being left alone and flip over on my back for rubs right when the human gets in the door.

I don't know why mom insists that I should have a friend. She's at school a lot of the time, but I think I'm okay by myself.
Today she brough home Charlotte, I haven't seen her, but I can smell her! It makes me angry. I've been screaming and hissing all night. Mom's never heard me do that before...I'll show her!
But I know she would like for us to get along. Anybody have any ideas on how to help us bond? She's keeping Charlotte in the kitchen for a few days so I won't be able to meet her yet.

I have always been a skinny kitty, but the vet said I look healthy. I'm an indoor cat so mom always fed me the Purina Indoor formula, but she recently saw a commericial for Science Diet that said a lot of shedding could be a sign of poor nutrition. I did tend to lose my fur like crazy, so now I'm eating their Indoor formula.
I have put on a few pounds, but am still trim and I don't shed nearly as much! All kitties should try this!
