Arrival Story: I was born on the farm, part of the Miss Kitty dynasty. I was raised outside by my mother. I used to come inside and be thrown out, but then The Humans got me neutered and I was allowed to stay inside when I wanted to (except at night).

Bio: Sometimes I would disappear outside for several days at a time, doing things that I can't tell you about or I would have to kill you. :-P Once, when I was about 1 year old, I was gone from home for a long time. The Humans looked around for me, but couldn't find me. After 2 weeks, a neighbor called saying he had seen a white cat on his place. The Man drove over to the neighbor's place. He saw me sitting on a ditchbank. I was sort of nervous, so I didn't go over to him. I didn't run away, though, so he was able to come pick me up. I rode in the passenger seat on the way home. About 2 years ago I came home with a bloody wound on my head. The Mom took me to the vet. I got cleaned up, my fur around that area was shaved. They found out that I had been shot-the bullet had gone completely through my head, close to my ear. After I took some antibiotics, I felt fine. I wanted to go outside at night again, but The Family made me stay inside. Eventually, I drove them so crazy that they let me go outside again. What d' ya know, I got shot again! One night I came back looking pink (not my best color). I had been shot in the back. I healed up pretty good-the bullet must have gone just below my spine and right above any organs. The Mom called the sheriffs office and a nice sheriff came out to have a look around. He was nice, he petted me alot. After I was shot the 2nd time, I calmed down some-I didn't go away from home for as long, and I stayed inside more. Now I enjoy staying inside during the day, hunting close to home at night.

February 20, 2010 I have been gone for 3 years. The family didn't commemorate the day with any kind of solemn event. Humph.
They still think of me though, daily, in fact!
I was that kind of a cat.
Unforgettable.

I was really good at hiding toys. Little soft mousie toys. Little pom pom toys. The peeps would look and look for my toys. I would hide them during the night and I was good at hiding them.
The dad recently put new flooring in the kitchen area. He pulled of the old baseboard stuff.
He found my stash. Under one of the cabinets he kept pulling out very fuzzy toys. Five toys to be exact. I had stuffed them in there for safe keeping.
I can't believe they didn't even keep the fuzzy toys.
They might have cleaned up good.

I guess it's about time the family gave up on me making it back home. I have been missing for nearly a year and a half. Nope, I think I am gone for good.
I know the family misses me. They talk about me a lot. They laugh and smile when they talk about me. They have good memories of me.
Life is rough out there. Too many bad things can happen to us cats when we go outside. If you can stand it, I recommend you stay inside. Get your family to supply you with lots of little kitty cat toys and keep yourself busy. Try not to be nocturnal. You will get along better with your family.
Thanks, purr pals. I am going to sign off now.
