I am sick!

I was acting strange. Like I was in heat and going to the box a lot last night. the lady decided that I was going to the vet as soon as possible. I have a bladder infection. And they changed my food. No more cheap frills.

Hello

I have not been up to much. Some people have spent the night at our house.They were people who lived on Lamma and miss their ferries. They always sleep on the big red couch. I made sure I cuddled up to our guests. Molokko was mad we had guests he complained. Today we had tuna for a snack. We usually get a snack during the day. Sometimes it is meat. Sometimes it is cat temptations. Today it was tuna which is good.

I been tagged so eight things about me

1. I am Katya the roach Hunter, I like to stalk roaches outside and bring them in th house for their doom.The people hate this so much that I am not allowed in the bedroom in until early morning. And my Josh has to clean my carnage/

2.I will do anything for cat temptations. The people now have to hide them in our liquor cabinet. So sometimes I just cry next to it so I can have some.

3.I also like to kiss my humans when the go out to the porch or shed to get something. I must jump up next to the door and nosey kiss them.

4.I have adopted John Seiki as my human too. He is in my Josh's band and he is the lead guitarist and I love him so much that sometimes when he comes over I make like he is playing the guitar just for me.

5. I know English only. Although I was raised by Cantonese people before I came here I only am interested in pricking my ears up to English conversations.

6.I can sing if you sing my name I will meow sing with you for a while until you feed me or pet me .

7. I think all visitors to my house are mine. I welcome them with a purr and a rub. Then sit next to them. Still purring.


8. I hate board games because cat cannot play them so I will steal all pieces to one if you play one in front me.

My new vitamins

Meowmy got me some vitamins I have to take everyday for my eyes. I take the tablets whole like a good girl. I do not like them that much. But Josh and Meowmy have noticed that my eye are less gunky and I have a spring in my step. I hope this helps other kitties who have eye infections they got in shelters.

Meowmy is Home

Meowmy and Josh are home from America. I greeted Meowmy by grooming her hair when she came in and called my name. I missed her so that for the last three days I have stayed on her lap or on her feet. I love my Meowmy.

I am a party girl

Meowmy and Josh had a party. They had food and drinks and filled the whole flat from Balcony to bedroom. They had music too. Molokko was angry. He does not like people. But, I was excited. I got to play with little children. I played Zlingo and stole pieces to their game. I showed the little boy how to play Xbox 360. I helped him play Feeding Frenzy. I like that game because it has fishies. Then when the little children fell to sleep. I danced with Martin and his Girlfriend. I then ran around the guests and they had to pet me and love me as I purred the entire party.

I love house parties.

My meowmy and Josh are going home to Texas for Christmas so I will be hanging here in Tin Hau with Molokko and a sitter.

Today Meowmy had a birthday. To celebrate I brought her a dead roach. I sang to her as the clock struck Midnight. I massaged her belly. I kissed her face. Then I helped her get dressed .

Katya's Reality Bytes

My Lady has been a Mac person for a long time. She used to have a Power book G4. But it got stolen on a trip to Tokyo. So, the Josh out of his kindness and wisdom bought her a Macbook. It is slimmer than the old lap top. It is so easy to lay upon. It has a power cord that detaches easily from the computer so if you are running by it and snag the cable the computers does not crash down. Molokko did that with old one. It cost alot of money to fix and it still had a crack in the frame of it so if you held it funny it would just not work.The new keyboard is made with a different type of material so the keys do not get all gunky with cat hair. And as a added bonus the keyboard cover is durable so it does not come off to get cat hair in the keyboard. The new redesigned battery puts out a little less heat but more evenly so it is good to cuddle when napping. It has a built in webcam so getting a new pictureon caster is not a problem. It has a built in dashboard so you know what day it is what the weather is like. Sso you can schedule your window looking for the day. And it has a cool thing at the dock that make icons animate if you put yor paw on return all the time. I give our laptop a paws up. I also like the Fujitsu Lifebook the Josh has. It is 17 inches. Too big to really move around much. So it stay in the same place for me to lay on. It is expensive but, puts out a huge amont of heat from the fan sp it great to lay against. If Josh is playing a video game or surfing the net. I do not like the ipod nano. It is too smalll and delicate for Kitties. It scratches easliy. It can be broken by sitting on it. It is too small to kept track of.The people arae always losing it ina bag or prse or pocket. I like the old ipod and the Mini.

Maybe next week I will review the People's Cell phones.

Katya goes to the vet

Today, Katya was having problems with her eyes and sneezing. She has hadproblems with this since she came to live with us. So, today I took her to the vet. She was very upset about having to get in the cat bag. But, she was okay at the office. She sat in my lap and let me rock her and tell her that it was just a visit. (This was a new vet with a resident three legged white cat that runs free all over.) She took her shot like a big girl. She got some antibiotics and eyedrops. We came home and she did not hold a grudge. She cuddled me in the bed while I took a nap. Then she helped me sew a mane on cowardly lion costume. She has gained two pounds in two months. Bigger but very much a sweetheart, she gave all the members of Transnoodle kisses last week. She is doing okay. But, purr for her as she gets over this latest bout of cat flu and conjunctivitis.
